I participated in the 21 day Shift cleanse and was so bowled over that a cleanse included whole, real food and not a bunch of lemon juice/​cayenne and little to no food. And the recipes were for really, really, really good. Skylor’s recipes were fantastic — people not on the cleanse enjoyed the food I cooked for them!
The guidance through the process was invaluable in helping me to understand what was happening throughout the duration of the cleanse. I learned that there are a few foods that my body doesn’t like. I lost at least 5 pounds. I learned some key information about my relationship with food. And I felt better. All very important keys to the success of the program for me. I would not have continued without the support of Skylor and the Shift community online.
I would recommend Skylor and her programs for anyone needing support and guidance during their cleanse process and those wanting to understand how to feel better by finding the foods that help their bodies!

I did the all online 21-​day Shift cleanse. I chose all online because I live out of state and could not do the Supported Shift. The online cleanse worked perfectly for me! The food is DELICIOUS. So delicious, in fact, that my fiancé kept eating my food! I eventually just started doubling the recipes so he could eat along with me. Skylor was super supportive, and responded very quickly to my several emailed questions.
I decided to do the cleanse just to clean up my eating habits, and to get a jump start on getting fit for my wedding. I had always been at a healthy weight, but wouldn’t have been sad to lose 5 – 10 pounds. After being the same weight for many, many years, I lost 5 pounds on the cleanse without ever feeling hungry or deprived. And the weight has stayed off, even months after finishing the program. I still make several of the recipes from the cleanse, simply because they are so healthy and so yummy!
I am going to do the cleanse again for a tune-​up of sorts. It’s a great reminder of how well we can and should be eating! Thank you, Skylor and Sprout Health!

Skylor has been my health coach since the spring and every conversation with her is full of purpose and clarity. I recently found out I had a sensitivity to dairy and had to seriously change my diet. I seriously grieved the loss of cheese for more than a week!
But then I went to the Sprout Health 7 Day Cleanse workshop to learn more about dairy alternatives and was excited to receive my dairy free 7 day meal plan! The meals were so easy to prepare and delicious! My husband never even knew it was a «cleanse» the week I prepared them.
There were some great suggestions I hadn’t ever thought of before… who knew sweet potatoes for breakfast wasn’t just for babies! The plan was so easy to follow, with grocery lists, and step by step directions on each meals prep. It was definitely easy to stick with!

Just tried Sprout Health’s 7 Day Cleanse. I am a serious foodie, love to try any and all foods, but I have been wondering lately if I’m really eating right to feel my best.
I have to say, this cleanse was very flavorful and satisfying. Both myself and husband were comfortably full (not I-​have-​to-​take-​a-​nap-​now full) after each meal. I’m definitely going to continue making these recipes going forward. They were delicious.
Another great thing about this meal plan (and shopping list) is that it is portioned down for one person and very easy to add on for more people.
And once you meet Skylor, you’ll be hooked. She’s a sweetheart.

I have gone through more than one program with Skylor, and she has become my nutritional guru. I have learned so much in terms of how my body reacts to different kinds of food. I love the way she helps with meal planning, down to the recipes as well as shopping lists. And the group support, either in person or online, makes it easier to go through a cleanse.
She has really changed the way I relate to food, and now I can see a direct correlation between the things I eat and how I feel. I would recommend Sprout to anyone who wants to discover a healthier way to eat, what foods don’t work well for your body, or just want to feel more in control of your nutrition.
She makes it about as painless as it can possibly be. It has completely changed the way I eat and I have benefited enormously!

Honestly, this is the easiest food related exercise I’ve ever done. I’m doing Skylor’s 7-​Day Detox Cleanse and I’m very impressed. The recipes and shopping lists make it so easy to prepare ahead of time and the meals piggyback on each other so you make something for today and the next day in one step. Stupid easy which is key with my busy schedule. AND (a big bonus) the food is tasty! Being a confessed foodie, I was skeptical, but I’m pleasantly surprised how yummy my meals can be as well as nutritious. Thanks, Skylor!

I’m in my final day of a 7 day detox clease created by Skylor. Seven days is definitely manageable and I’m feeling lighter and more energetic than before. Skylor provided all the recipes for the detox which were amazingly delicious. It was great to have shopping lists and recipes to follow since other cleanses have left me wondering «what can I eat now?» I also appreciated that the recipes built on each other so I wasn’t wasting food. The online support was also helpful and Skylor was quick to respond to questions. I’ll continue to use the recipes beyond the cleanse and plan to make some permanent changes to my diet.

I walked into Skylor’s new space, conveniently across the street from some rad, local shops in NW, as a gal looking for some creativity in her meal planning. I have to say, even sitting across the table from Skylor, I felt her enthusiasm and curiosity jump onto my plate. She wrote down simple, nourishing ways of incorporating a few new things into my routine that will make my mouth dance. I love her website for mouth watering recipes and will use her as a resource for any nutritional questions.

I love the shift cleanse! I am through the first two weeks and it has been going extremely well. The menu plan makes it easy to follow and I definitely have an increase in energy and the greatest gift is the clear thinking; no more foggy head! The cleanse is allowing me to get out of the rut of eating the same foods and I have been learning about different ingredients and food preparation. I thought it might leave me craving some of my usual food items, but no! I am completely satisfied. I am excited to start introducing foods so that I can see which foods may be causing/​exacerbating my joint pain (the initial reason for the cleanse). Skylor has been great and I look forward to continuing to work together! I highly recommended Sprout Health.

A bunch of friends and I made a pact to do a cleanse last year. We decided on Sprout’s Shift Cleanse because it was a super affordable and informative cleanse that we all had access to online. It worked out well for us because Skylor, who is really helpful, provides a set plan, grocery list, and recipes, making it easy to eliminate foods causing inflamation. If we ever had specific questions about anything, such as whether certain foods could be eaten or about how we were reacting to our new diet, Skylor would promptly respond to emails and phone calls.
From the cleanse, I saw an increase in my energy and focus. As a result, five months later I’m still eating a lot of the meals from the cleanse’s recipes and avoiding foods that make me sluggish. I highly recommend the Shift Cleanse to anyone who may have food sensitivities but is unsure of what they are. If anyone is looking for a hands on approach from a health coach, I don’t know anyone who is as helpful and encouraging about improving personal health than Skylor.

Skylor has all the parts to be an amazing health coach– she is so compassionate, intuitive, smart and super supportive. I have often referred to her as my «cheerleader», it is so great having someone who routing for me. Currently, I am doing her Shift Cleanse and it is amazing! I found Sprout through a Living Social deal and wow, what a gem. Skylor is a DOLL! Like seriously, I wanted to hug her as soon as I met her (is that weird? :-S)
I had emailed Skylor prior to the class with my food restrictions (it basically comes down to none of the following: milk, cheese, yogurt, yeast, wheat, eggs and some fruit (orange, peach, plum))…and she made it work AND it was delicious!
I would highly recommend taking a cooking class here – in fact, I told her I’d be interested in doing some healthy eating coaching but budget was a concern but we’re going to work something out. She’s flexible, it’s fun and overall fabulous: I’m SOLD!

I took my very first healthy cooking class at Sprout. My friends and I loved it! It was better than I hoped for and I learned so much and gathered some fabulous new healthy recipes I can’t wait to try. Skylor is so knowledgable
and warm you will want to keep going back for more, I know I will!

Found Sprout through a Living Social deal — 2 for 1 cooking class — wow… never thought I would be driving 25 miles to Sprout every Sunday for a private group yoga class! First things first though…
The Living Social Cooking class was tailored exactly to our needs. Our — meaning the 8 friends we gathered up to purchase the living social deal in order to secure a «friends» class. Skylor addressed our gluten-​free, low sugar, low experience, cooking class needs to a tee! We left with full-​bellies, armed with easy-​to-​prepare recipes at home. I found new ingredients to cook with that I love! Namely — Braggs Aminos and Walnut Oil!
So… during that class we noticed that Sprout has a yoga space upstairs and donation based yoga classes. How cool is that?! Since we were with a group of friends though, Skylor offerred private classes provided we had enough attendees. We put it together, and now my friends and I are enjoying our class every week. We get the opportunity to visit with each other, expand our spirits, flex our bodies, and nourish our souls.
It’s impossible not to like Skylor — she’s absolutely awesome and I’m so happy I make the drive from Camas to Hawthorne Blvd. every week!
Next up… a group cleanse!

This is a review strictly for the cooking class (I’ve heard great things about their yoga, but since I haven’t been, I can’t judge!)
I took Healthy Lunch and Dinners with Skylor and it was fantastic for the following reasons:
1) She is super bubbly and warm.
2) The recipes were tasty and really easy and quick– I’m a kitchen klutz and have been able to recreate the meals at home.
3) You get a full meal during class– I was stuffed sampling all the dishes

I had several fears about yoga that I am thankful were quickly dismantled by Sprout Health and specifically, the owner, Skylor. I am a total yoga newbie but wanted to try it out for quite a while… I even convinced my husband to do it. I’ve found that yoga is very specific to different people but Skylor is able to instruct people individually, even if there are several people in the class.
Yoga is the one thing a week that me and my husband can’t miss. We love the smaller class sizes, the great, accessible location on Hawthorne and the instruction. There are several different classes and other health programs available that I’d like to try. I highly recommend Sprout Health for anyone!

I first met Skylor in the yoga studio, and since I have worked with her several times for nutrition counseling. The last time was a group cleanse for the month of October. It was such a wonderful experience. The group dynamic was awesome. Skylor is an amazing leader! For me, being in a group helps me be more accountable and focused, and I got both from the group cleanse. The price was right, Skylor set up a group page just for us on her website with awesome recipes and information about what was discussed the previous week. I cannot recommend you stop into Sprout enough + they have a bunch of donation yoga classes and a beautiful space to practice!

I participated in a healthy cooking class at Sprout, using a LivingSocial coupon, and it exceeded my expectations. Skylor was so welcoming and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable and the recipes we learned were just as advertised: healthy, quick, and easy! I’ve already made three of the recipes and I just took the class a few weeks ago. The class was also a really nice size with just six of us and we all got to try more then enough of all the dishes.
I can’t wait to go back to Sprout and try out a yoga class too because the studio looks gorgeous!
