St John’s Flowers

I have been burned by FTD, 1−800-Flowers, and the like. I know better, I do, but sometimes their convenience tempts me. I recently needed to get a bouquet delivered STAT, for a friend who’d had a surprise surgery. I rang up St Johns Flowers, gave them a budget and some color ideas, and within 3 hours, my friend had his bouquet which cheered him up.
Quick, easy, friendly, keepin’ it in the ‘hood. Reminder to self: don’t use the national services for flowers. They’re… ok. But lacking a personal touch and customer service that smaller shops like this take pride in. When they make arrangements according to the FTD book, they have to look a certain way. When they get to make their own creations, it’s so much more lovely and inviting. Dealer’s Choice is the way to go.

I live in Florida and always use this florist to send flowers to my family in Portland. Their arrangements are always spectacular and appropriate for the occasion. I give them a hint and they turn it into a really special experience.

Great professional and friendly service! I am sometimes an annoyingly detailed person who asks a lot of questions and later calls back to make sure everything was delivered ok, and the man who spoke with me both times was so helpful. Highly recommended!
