Starbucks

Lady at window over charged me for my drink. I get the same drink every time and it’s 2.70, it rung up 3.20. When I asked her why all she could tell me over and over again was I don’t know. How do you know nothing at your own job?!

Been going here daily for a while and then a took a couple week break and today when I went back remembered my drink and gave it on the house ! Felt very welcomed and sure made my day! Perfect place to sit outside and enjoy a coffee on a break, really happy with the service! Plus when you ask for extra caramel, they know how to do it right everytime !

Worst service ever. My drink tastes terrible and I was double charged received the wrong food item and had to get out my car twice after going through the drive through.
If I wanted to get out of my car I would not have gone through the drive through.

This is by far the WORST Starbucks.
They are always busy, which isn’t an issue, it’s the fact that they are the least team oriented store I go to. I work downtown and frequent other locations with tons of foot traffic and so it’s obvious that this place has no idea what they’re doing.
I can’t even keep track anymore how many times I’ve had to call them after I’ve hit the road and had a chance to taste my drink and they’ve gotten it wrong. Today I chose to do the mobile order, convinced it would solve this problem, but NOPE, drink still wrong!!!
Considering I order a venti iced coffee with classic sweetener is what’s beyond irritating!!! It’s not some special order, it’s the way it freaking comes! I’ve confirmed this with tons of other locations, they’re the only one that gets it wrong every time.

Every single time I come here they make my drink wrong. Whenever I order my drink skinny, it’s not made skinny. When I ask for sugar free syrup they don’t use it. Two times I asked for almond milk and didn’t know that they don’t have it, and they simply gave me regular milk instead. Finally the third time the girl informed me they don’t have almond milk. When I ordered a London fog it tasted like steamed milk because they didn’t let the tea steep long enough. After being a barista, I know I’m more picky. But to have my drinks made incorrectly and be ordering at different times of the day and ordering different drinks, it shows me the people that work here are not trained correctly or simply don’t care that the customer is spending $ 5 for something they didn’t order. I’ve gotten three «free» drinks for what they’ve done and they messed up on those too. I’ll be complaining to corporate because this is simply ridiculous and I’m tired of wasting my money at the only Starbucks by my work.

Just stopped in here to get my usual grande Americano. Quick service. The location is convenient because it’s close to my workplace. I love coming here any one of day or night and get get daily caffeine fix :-) This is not a retail location, rather a drive through with a walk up window.

great that it is 24 hours. but other than that, nothing special. like any other starbucks. i gave it 4 stars because it is open 24 hours.

Worse experience ever!
This is the second time I find rubbery object in my coffee. The last time I pointed out to an employee I was asked to drive back and spend about 8 bucks in gasoline just to have my coffee replaced.
The solution suggested was very dumb, specially because they could do it with only using my debit card number.
Good thing local coffee shops are making a comeback.

If you don’t like Starbucks you’re just lying to yourself you’re probably really fun at parties naysayer

One of the best Starbucks in NE! Drive thur moves quickly and they are super friendly. Not once has anyone complained that my order was too complex, nor have they under delivered.

It’s a Starbucks, and a drive-​up only Starbucks at that, so unless you live under a rock (and honestly, even rocks have Starbucks these days), you should know what to expect in terms of food and drink.
The people (and the fact that it’s 2 blocks from home) are what make us dedicated to this specific store. They’re all super nice and accommodating, and almost always remember our orders, or make suggestions based off of what they know we like.

I come here often and I do keep coming back. It seems like the service comes in waves. There are aspects to this location that make it difficult to rate five star, such as the parking and drive-​thru situations. There aren’t many parking spots at all, which is okay considering it isn’t a store with a lobby, but in the summertime, the patio is packed with people and their iced drinks.
In the morning, I know to expect a wait if I’m heading through the dt on my way to work. Sometimes the line threatens to block northbound traffic on 102^nd which usually makes me skip the shop and go somewhere down the road like Monti’s or Bipartisan. Today, as i was trying to get into the parking lot, a woman was exiting and chose to position herself in the middle of the entrance/​exit, making it impossible for either of us to go anywhere without one of us backing up first (and I certainly wasn’t about to reverse into Stark.)
This is also the only store where I have to regularly repeat myself when asking what is the dark roast. I really don’t think I’m speaking softly, every other Starbucks can hear me in my car, so it makes me wonder if they’ve got a lot more noise than usual inside the little cove of baristas.
All in all, it’s a good consistent Starbucks and they’re almost always friendly at the windows.

This is my favorite Starbucks. It’s a walk up only, no inside seating. They have a drive through that is always loaded up. They make the drink I ask for. It’s a Starbucks.

Makes a good passion ice tea with sweetner (aka hummingbird nectar.)

Great location! Open 24 hours! For my crazy life schedule its a life saver! Favorite barista Charley! Whole crew is amazing!

Time for some caramel cinnamon apple cider, this location was a drive thru/​walk up window. My daughter who works at another location loved this store concept and wished her store was more like this one. Nice young lady helped us at the walk up and window and in less than 5 minutes we had 3 extremely hot drinks in hand, the hot drink was great because at most of the locations we go to the drink is hardly warm.

this location cranks out the coffee for being a little drive thru spot! they may be fast but 2 min. X a lot of customers X your order = a long time.

I usually don’t go to Starbucks that much, but I suddenly got a craving for a caramel frappucino one night. Since this location was a less than five minute walk, I decided to go for it. When I got there, there were three baristas and no customers. Instead of going near the window to ask what my order was going to be, they all went in the back, where no one can see them. I tried getting their attention, but nope, got the silent treatment instead. I got annoyed since I wasn’t getting any service from them, even when I tried to get their attention, so I just left. Talk about terrible customer service! I would’ve tipped nicely too if they just got me my frappucino!

Quick little location. I’m within walking distance so I usually use the walk-​up window. The parking lot can get REALLY cramped real quick, especially when three cars pull in at the same time.
That being said, I’ve had nothing but good coffee and good service here — I’m only knocking down a star due to the wonky parking lot.
