My family and I went into the Starbucks, because we had a couple minutes before the mall opened. Plus, we wanted coffee and food. I have no complaints from our visit. The employees were getting ready for the day, but they were awake and friendly. One was organizing the displays. One was behind the counter. The store was clean, and there were a lot of mugs and other miscellaneous stuff on sale for the after holidays sale. We ordered two drinks (both grande, both hot) and a breakfast sandwich. Everything came out in a timely manner, and everything was prepared perfectly. There was no foam on my coffee! Yay! Thank you, Starbucks!

This is by the newer wing of the mall. I like how close it is to the door but the caveat is it’s almost always crowded.
Thank heavens for online ordering that I don’t have to queue in line for my latte. They have not missed a beat every time I place an order from home. They replaced it once as my coffee got cold. I have to apologize due to traffic.
It’s one of my rituals every time I go to this mall and start my day.

Love this location! I come here a lot in the mornings before work. Today I had a really awesome experience with Collin. He was so super nice and friendly! Never a long wait here!

This Starbucks takes forever and the girl with the short hair and gauges is extremely rude! Learn to have better customer service!

Whenever I go to starbucks I always get the Java Chip Frappucino. The starbucks in the mall right across from Jamba Juice is the only starbucks that makes my Java chip perfectly every single time. I am never disappointed. Every other location I have tried always messes up on my Java chip. This is hands down the best starbucks location to go to!

Brutally slow. The cashier was poorly trained and created the line. Usually Starbucks does a better job of training but this location missed that part of new hire training.

This is for the one outside of the mall by B and N. The guys that work there are amazing! But the girls are not quite as nice. I always get attitude when I order early I. The morning, like I’m a burden for ordering coffee. I’ll stick to the one IN the mall by Gap Kids. Now that’s an awesome and caring staff!

Very small Starbucks located in the mall. When I visited, it was quite busy and took about 10 minutes to get a drink.
Friendly service. Coffee was standard Starbucks good.
Wish this place was a little bigger and maybe had at least ONE seat.
Nonetheless, get your fix here.

Not only is there service outstanding, but for some reason, their coffee at this location is always perfectly made. Delicious!!!

There are two locations in Washington Square and this one is FAR better. The staff treats me like a friend (even before I was a regular… I even wrote a letter to Starbucks about it). They smile and seem to have fun. Every other location ive tried doesn’t seem energized and sometimes doesn’t have the stuff to make my unique drink. The only con here is that sometimes the line can get long, and there is nowhere to sit and hangout; I did not deduct a star for this because it isn’t really their fault. The service makes up for it!

I came here last night to meet up with someone for coffee. There weren’t too many people in there so it was quiet enough to have decent conversations. The place is pretty spacious with lots of couches and tables. They closed pretty early at eight but they’re right across from the thirsty lion and walking distance from other venues.

So. I’ll be honest. I had no idea the Trenta size had not been implemented everywhere across the US I as had thought. It was to my knowledge that it was first introduced in selected areas at the beginning of the year. and was supposed to hit nationwide last spring. Coming from out of state… yea. I had no idea. So, oops on my part… my craving for a 31-​oz passion iced tea lemonade was not going to be fulfilled.
When I arrived, the lines were long, and the baristas were working like machines. They were able to get orders out quickly and efficiently. I ended up getting a mocha coconut frap and it tasted as it should. Sweet, delicious and something that was suitable to fulfill my thirst.
