Moving into Moe Farhouds apartments was a complete nightmare from day one when I found a syringe and cockroaches the day I moved in. I was surrounded by sex offenders, drug addicts, cops and gang activity and was not safe nor will you be because this entire business is a machine not to mention several of his employees are registered sex offenders and have keys to your house including the onsite manager of alder Royal. Moe is funneling money from non profits and individuals that are low income have mental illness or otherwise and cannot rent anywhere else using their situation for his profit. My rent was raised twice paying up to 830 $ for a complete pos room in a pos apartment complex owned by another pos and his crew of pos. Upon escaping, (not moving but escaping) this financial trap I finally received my itinerary of deposit owed and they stole 2100 dollars from me illegally. Be fore warned that you will be illegally charged for your deposit and owe them money when you leave. I along with others are filing a class action lawsuit to stop this money hungry worthless waste of human being from doing this to anyone else so please contact me if you would like to see this twerp cry as bad as I do. I have several friends that have moved from or worked for this decrepit excuse for a landlord and all of them have left or moved robbed and ripped off. Although I am angry and have a right to be I feel it is my duty to warn future residents that you will eventually feel the same way I do. I can only do my part and take legal action and inform the public of the truth that this trash of a human being belongs behind bars to say the least
