What a horrible experience. Used the Groupon that I purchased a month or so. At first she said: ««oh, that’s expired.» When I told her it wasn’t, she said «well I don’t have those things anymore. Well, I guess I can make up something else.,». So, dumb me, I went. The groupon was for a high end hand and nail treatment complete with gel polish. What I got was a gel polish change, no hand or nail treatment… and she charged me $ 20…for the gel soak off… which was supposed to be included. By this time given her attitude, I just paid the $ 20 and got out of there. What a rip off

I purchased the gel application for fingers and toes via Groupon and am pleased!
Rachel was friendly and professional. I felt comfortable just letting her do her thing while I relaxed, no pressure to talk which was nice.
Rachel answered all my questions about her other services and wasn’t pushy.
Nails look great! I will be back!

No problem using Groupon! Gal was quick and friendly. Cute décor and clean — a must! First time getting Gel nails so I’m curious to see how it holds up! I’ve heard this is a good product for strengthening your own nails.

Purchased Groupon to try the bio sculpture. Typical procedure of buffing nail, pushing nail cuticles and applying base coat which was bio sculpture using art brush. Brands for nail polish is Essie which is more of overlay which was not used, IBD with perhaps 30 colors to choose from, and half dozen OPI gel colors. Then transparent top coat applied. Take note not every application is bio sculpture brand, its mix of both brands you choose to use. All are gel based. Hands took half hour and so did my feet. Spent extra $ 5 for dip paraffin wax as my hands were dry. I’ve yet to see how long my nails would last with this application.

I came here because of my daughters recommendation. She was right… I had a wonderful facial, was so relaxed and got the pampering I needed. Will certainly go back.

technician was very nice, room was cute. the service I got was ok– not what I expected based on the description though. probably would not go back as there are better places for less in the area.
