Suzanne was great but just recently was out for a surgery and is now not coming back to the clinic.

Kind, caring, thorough, very competent, comforting. Need I say more?

I’m happy to add to this chorus! Dr. Lady is highly competent, kind, easy-​going & always takes the time to discuss whatever is on your mind. She takes care of what ails you and often has at-​home suggestions to help you help yourself (stretches, etc.) Unlike most other chiropractors, she seems to have a less-​is-​more approach & doesn’t suggest the never-​ending adjustments (which I’ve found is typical in this industry). She gets it right & sends you on your way. Also, the cozy home environment is a plus & every practitioner I’ve encountered in this office is above average (massage therapists, acupuncturists).

Words you never ever expect to hear from a chiropracter:
you seem to be doing pretty well, the treatments appear to have worked and I don’t see a reason for you to come back, unless something hurts or you miss me.. Expecailly after only three appointments. The last two chiropracters I tried told me how I would need to see them three times a week for several months.
I have spent my whole life with a mistrust of chiropractic, but on insistance from my masseuse agreed to try to find one. Everyone at Dr. Lady’s office is wonderful. Your session starts with a nice warm heat pack and then a great massage to loosen up the tight spots.
She is a truly kind soul, has a ton of great advice to help you ease and avoid the pain throughout your day, and is overflowing with knowledge that I know I didn’t even begin to tap with my short stint as a client. If I need to get put back in place in the future, I will be back.

Ok, so after I moved here from the midwest, I started looking for a fantastic chiropractor and after a friend told me about her amazing chiropractor, I finally found her too!
I’ve been receiving chiropractic care for the last 20 years and know when it fits! It was such a relief meeting Dr. Suzanne, she made me feel at home right away. Not only is getting adjusted by her wonderful, she is so easy to talk to and a fantastic listener.

I’ve been receiving chiropractic care for over 30 years. The level of service that Dr. Suzanne Lady offers is heads-​and-​shoulders above what I’ve received from other chiropractors.
When I go in for a session, I am met by a licensed massage therapist, who puts hot packs on my tight areas, and then returns in a few minutes and gives me a 10-​minute massage to work out the kinks. Dr. Lady enters the room at this point, and gives me a great adjustment.
I’ve been seeing Suzanne for services for over 13 years. When I first saw her, she was a massage therapist, so she has an incredible background in body work. She gets my highest recommendation.

A self-​confessed newbie to chiro, I started seeing Dr. Lady after a low-​speed car accident. Read her reviews on Unilocal,and shared the same great experience. She did a great job of working out some lingering injury issues and facilitated an effective healing. As others have said – she’s young, hip and über-​approachable. Dr. L has a true teacher’s heart and is always willing to explain the what, why or how of any aspect of treatment.
As an aside, it was a real plus to have therapeutic massage available in the same office – for one recovering from an injury, this helped speed the healing. Don’t know if a short warm-​up massage is standard practice before the cracking act, but this aspect of her treatment is just great.

Three years ago I started going to Dr. Lady. I had been in a car accident and was going through massage therapy with Diane Jensen (who worked in her same office).
I grew up in a family where my parents had always told me that chiropractors are a bunch of quacks… that they do more harm than good. I tell you this as I was really afraid/​resistant to going. But after months of massage therapy and the pain in my neck/​back not getting any better, I finally decided to give it a shot.
I was frank with Dr. Lady on my first visit. I told her about my parents and that my grandfather is a retired doctor with the same mentality. She smiled, didn’t appear offended and proceeded to pull out a big skeleton. She talked about what chiropractors do, how the movements are done and that there is no «cracking» involved. As Lisa said, I was INSTANTLY put at ease.
After my first session I was sold… and so were my neck and back. I continued to go for a couple more months and my neck and back have been fine ever since. I continue to go on a monthly basis for maintenance (much like some people do for massage).
As for Dr. Lady herself, she is so incredibly sincere and kind and she has managed to fill her office with a staff that fits with that. And, as I tell people (particularly guys) who I am sending her way, she played on the national championship Arizona State University women’s softball team… which is just cool.

Dr. Suzanne Lady is not your average chiropractor. She is young, hip, funny, friendly and her demeanor immediately puts you at ease.
But even more important, she is a genius-​level talent and knows more about biology, anatomy and physiology than any doctor I have ever met. She is an holistic practitioner and combines the depth and breadth of her vast education, credentials, wisdom and experience with the nurturing of your mind, body and spirit.
She is my first and last chiropractor.
