The cheesy bean and rice burrito minus the nacho cheese sauce is my staple. The service in my experience has always been friendly and quick. They do have a locked bathroom. The location is right next to Trimet Stations.

Can be unsanitary with lots of trash in the dining area at times. My order has been given to the drive thru customers accidentally at least three times, making me have to rush to work when they finally remade my order. At least they make up for it with free cinnamon twists when they do that!

This taco bell is the worst. The food always seems like it has been sitting under a heat lamp all day. Dry crusty beans. Crunchy part of crunchwrap always slightly stale. Potatoes are always chewy and room temperature. The guy who served me in the late night drive thru seemed like he hated his life and was not pleasant to deal with. The scariest part is that the 2 times I ate at this Taco Bell in the past month my mouth was very swollen and painful the next day. What is happening in that kitchen??? I have never had this problem with other taco bells. I go to the MLK one all the time and they are lovely and the food is always right.

On May 26, 2015, it was a beautiful day when I decided to order a Strawberry Starburst Freeze. I asked for a medium, but the cashier, who was a medium-sized chubby male, told me «We only have regular or large, DUDE.» Not only was the disgustingly rude, but it was totally unnecessary. It is as if he could not put two and two together to get me the regular size or at least inform me kindly. This Taco Bell has terrible customer service and it ruined part of my day. I could not even go to the locked bathrooms without having to deal with his bullshit again, so I held it in. This is the opposite of what my experience should have been. This employee was incredibly impatient and hateful toward me. I’m never coming back to this location and I think you should do the same. This employee deserves no further employment and should be fired immediately for his ridiculous and unacceptable conduct.

Ordered a Steak Burrito(beef) to go just now. WTF? No steak!!! There is a reason why I ordered a steak and not a regular burrito. If I wanted a regular burrito, I would have ordered a regular burrito.

A quaint little mom and pop taco stand near the Swan Island industrial zone, the Bell is one of Portland’s many food cart success stories. They started in 2004 in a pod near US Bank tower and grew through word of mouth. The Bell is something of a tourist destination, like Voodoo Donuts or the Grotto. If Voodoo Donuts impregnated the Grotto you’d get the Bell. Their specialty, the crunchy taco, is best appreciated if you enjoy an appetizer of smoked herbs about 90 minutes prior to dining. YMMV Recently mom, or maybe it was pop, decided to cater to the waked and baked crowd who need a breakfast to keep them happy. You’ve had worse for breakfast. This is authentic Mexican at its finest!

Not the best, not the worst. The homeless guy that was inside having a taco and avoiding the rain was very nice and not creepy at all. The kids hanging out were minimally obnoxious, and left without making a mess. The bad? The girl at the counter. We weren’t ready to order right away so she walked back over to the drive-thru window and proceeded to text for the next 5 minutes.
