Tardiff’s Towing & Plowing

Ok as a dad with a teen age girl it’s rough when they get to drive
So she was on her way home from a boys house in windham when I got a call at 1130 at night with a flat and she had the only car… My heart sank
So I got on the web and found Tardiffs towing was near were she was I call and told them what was going on they said they had kids and knew how I felt and was on the way
So I called the kid back and kept her on the phone till they got there when he did he came to the car and she rolled the window down a little and explained who he was and that he had been called by her dad and that every thing would be ok and asked if that was me on the phone as she said yes he asked to speak with me so that I would know who it was and that we had spoken before
Kevin informed me that the car needed to be towed and that it would be fine he would bring the car to town fair tire after dropping her off at the house … What as a dad to say I was upset was a understatement
Kevin got her home and made sure she was in the house and dropped the car off at town fair
This man is the ultment tow company and will tell this to everyone who will listen …
Kevin I want to say thank you … You made this dad who was very upset relax and you did a great job … THANK YOU and for people looking for a towe company there is only 1 … Again thank you

When I called, the woman answered, then immediately put me on hold. After a short wait, I asked her for a quote on a tow. Unlike any other towing company I had called, she instead began to press for my information… location of the vehicle, my info, payment info. It seemed to me she was trying to just show up and charge me, or something.
I interrupted her and finally she gave me a quote. When I said thank you, and proceeded to try to end the conversation, she sounded shocked, and asked for the rest of the information. I told her I had found a cheaper tow elsewhere and thanked her regardless.
Not one other towing company seemed anywhere near this manipulative to get business. They just gave me a quote and that was that. No way am I ever using these people.
