Do you feel trapped by your technology? Constantly having the same issues? Have a sneaking suspicion that your current IT guy/gal is using band aids to hold together your network? We did and then we found TeamLogic IT. If there are IT issues, I get the lovely duty of coordinating their repair. It’s not my favorite part of my job, but it has been so much more enjoyable now that I get to work with TeamLogic and here’s why: 1. Your business, YOUR priorities: They understand that it is your business with unique requirements and will tailor solutions to how you are comfortable doing business. For example, the last straw with our previous IT guy was 3 months worth of lost data. The number one priority upon switching to TeamLogic: data security and integrity. They found a solution that automatically backs our data up to the cloud, onto two hard drives, and would be available to mirror within the hour. And it all cost less than re-entering 3 months worth of data. 2. Clear, straightforward pricing: The managed care solution means that they really do manage your IT problems. Anything they can take care of remotely is included in the price and special projects are estimated before any work is done. The stronger they make your network and more properly fix your issues, the less work they have to do. This gives great incentive to actually fix the issue. 3. Network: While the TeamLogic IT West team is extremely knowledgeable and in tune with best practices, they also have a national network of other franchise members where they can get feedback on anything from problems to new software you are interested in implementing. 4. Response time: Text, e-mail, phone all get about the same response time from these wonderful people. If I mark my issues urgent, I get a response in the next five minutes, probably less, no matter what time of day. General issues get addressed as soon as possible, I’ve never had to wait more than an hour during business hours and only on stuff that was non-essential. They’re also quick to come out to our location if they spot an issue remotely. 5. Vendor Relationships: They have gone out of their way to develop relationships with our internet service provider and inventory management software company. This sometimes means they’ll know about an issue before I will! I spend, on average, about 10 fewer hours a month(3 weeks/year) working on IT problems or suffering through them than I did with our old provider. If you are ready for an IT partner for your business and real solutions, look no further.
