TENpod

Awww, I love Tenpod!!! I’m a graphic designer who was formerly working from home, but, whew, for the past five years, I’ve happily called Tenpod my (work) home. I’m picky about environment (we creative types are sensitive to this kind of thing ;)), but I fell for this place as soon as I walked in. The space is lofty, with high, open-​beamed ceilings and lots of windows and natural light. And special bonus for me – a second story view of the old-​style McPeets sign on Fremont as it’s cheery animated bulbs add ambiance to the street! But what makes Tenpod extra special to me is the people. It’s always a good mix of really nice, cool, very professional professionals — architects, designers, marketing types, photographers, writers, sustainability pros, illustrators, filmmakers, developers, engineers, and many others. Over the years I’ve been here, I’ve made good connections and some great friendships. And just had the quiet comfort of getting to work among good people in a nice space :). Not that hanging out at home with to the cat and the dog wasn’t stimulating, but… well… I’m never leaving! I get a lot more work done here :).

I’ve been at TENpod for over two years now. It is an awesome co-​working space in a nice location. TENpod is close to a bunch of great eating establishments and fun bars. The inside is very bright and it has a good feel to it.

I’ve been at TenPod for almost a year and love the space. People are friendly yet the space is quiet enough to get work done… maybe too quiet for some but I really enjoy it.
The only downside is there isn’t a private space to take phone calls, however it has a wonderful patio that works great for this purpose in the summertime.

This Tenpod workspace for creatives is amazing. Nice people and 24 hour access for a place to work without the typical WFH distractions. I spent five years there and made lots of friends and business connections that were well worth the reasonable rent. Kevin is real eye-​candy for the ladies as well.

I moved into TenPod almost two years ago and I couldn’t be happier!
My business partner and I started a web design company three years ago and were so excited that we were able to obtain an office space and get out of working in her house and meeting clients at coffee shops. We looked at several places and found that they were either too «officey» and cubicle-​like or way too spendy.
Upon walking up the stairs, we knew instantly that this was the place. The «pods» are spacious and comfortable, the meeting room is large and professional, and a partial kitchen available to store your lunch if you are a go-​getter and make those sort of things.
The location is on point as well. Ristrotto Roasters and Beaumont Market down the block, plus a million awesome restaurants keep us lazy people happy with options.
If you have your own business and need to get out of your house, I would definitely recommend trying to snag a spot here if there’s even a spot open.
