Teresa was a godsend for us. We were planning a move from Philadelphia PA. to Portland OR. and my wife contacted Teresa because she liked the houses she was selling and because she seemed nice. That was a very fortunate move for us. She added the boost of energy and detailed knowledge of the Portland housing market that we needed. We spent several weeks working online with her so that she could get to know our needs and resources. Then my wife flew out to Portland for three days to look at houses and we found a wonderful home on the second day. With Teresa’s skilled guidance we were able to close on our new Portland home two days after we closed on the sale of our Philadelphia house. And the next day we moved in. Teresa was such an amazing real estate talent to guide us so swiftly through the process to get a new home that I would recommend her to everyone.
