The Detail Difference

The Detail Difference swooped in and saved the day. Our moving company did tons of damage to furniture, doors, walls, door frames and even our antique 125 year old piano. They did and amazing job on almost everything (some things were just too badly damaged for them to completely restore). Their customer service was excellent, and they were professional and courteous!

During a recent move the wooden frames of my art work were not adequately padded, resulting in scratches and pressure marks. I was very concerned because I didn’t think they could be repaired without looking patched. The moving company recommended The Detail Difference. I was dubious. However, The Detail Difference representative reassured me that if I didn’t like what he did it could be reversed. So, I felt I had nothing to lose, although I was nervous since I needed to trust what he said.
I was very pleased with the result of his work. He was careful, considered, and did an outstanding job. I have been labeled «discerning,» in a way that implies that isn’t a good thing. I believe this company knows what they are doing and can be relied upon.
Since the moving company paid them I can’t address cost.

The Detail Difference is the top dog in vinyl repair that I know of and do literally probably hundreds of these kind of jobs every year. They recently saved me a bundle of money by repairing some simple punctures in otherwise new vinyl flooring. The repairs were done within an hour (hallelujah) and done so well that I literally could not see any difference between the repair of the puncture marks and the regular flooring. The price was $ 95 versus complete replacement of at least one room’s worth of new vinyl flooring. The Detail Difference rocks these kinds of jobs and also has outstanding customer service and great reps who come out and do the work. Do give them a try if you run up against this kind of problem.
