Went to look at house being offered by Peggy Panarella, and it was horrible! My husband is a disabled Army vet, with a service dog. This horrible lady yelled, «you can’t bring a dog in here», while my husband was still in the driveway! Echo had on her service vest, which is clearly marked. I think Hasson should take the time to train her on ADA rules, as she not only broke the law, she treated us like dirt! I plan on reporting her, as her behavior was not okay! Her client also lost out on a possible sale!

My husband and I bought our first house in Seattle 4 years ago and had THE WORST experience with our real estate agent at that time whom we met through mutual friends, so we were not excited about buying a new home after that process.
My husband got offered a job at Nike while we were still living in Seattle. I was very unsure about it only because my 96 year old grandmother needs to be taken care of and my twin and I do this. Nike sent us out here, put us up in a hotel and got us in contact with Andrea so she could show us a bit of her magic skills.
She has lived in both Seattle and Portland, both for many years and knows these streets. I was a bit closed off at first but once she picked us up from our hotel, took us around to all these neighborhoods while we got to know her, I had an instant connection. Super cool, super laid back, REALLY paid attention to what we were looking for, not only in the house itself, but the neighborhood, walkable distance etc. We looked around for a couple of months and found 2 houses we really liked, several weeks before Christmas. It was great for us, because not many people were looking to buy at that time, so I think it made things easier for us so we weren’t stuck in some kind of bidding war.
Finally found the house, which was in a cul de sack, super cute neighborhood, walkable to coffee and several restaurants and was almost finished being built. I immediately fell in love with this house the very first time I saw it.
Andrea spent so much time and energy on everything, start to finish. She even took my husband around the neighborhood to show him what was nearby, went out of her way several times to come pick me up and drop me home and she even thinks of things that we didn’t, such as how we had additional money to use prior to closing, so she got us an additional two year warranty. She even came to our signing! The girl knows her stuff and goes above and beyond. I am the pickiest person alive and don’t have enough amazing things to say about her, she is the best. I’m sure she is very well respected in her industry.
We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor, whom now is my friend. I just think the world of her and if you are looking to invest in a property to please contact her. You will not be disappointed.
