I pre-​ordered a 12×12 carpet square and t shirt in early June. I was told it’d be ready for pickup in about 2 weeks. Cool. Called after about 3 weeks and was told they’re not ready yet, they’ll email me when it is. Not a big deal, I understand the process of doing what they’re doing is subject to delays. Well, long story short, it took more phone calls and almost 5 months to complete my very small order. But, whatever I was just stoked to get it. The icing on the cake was that when I got my carpet square home and tried to put it in the frame, it doesn’t fit. It’s too long on one side. So now I have to figure out how the hell I’m going to cut decades old carpet to size. I don’t have the tools or the time to do this correctly. So, really not happy about it.

We the people of Portland made the carpet what it is today. I feel that over charging for recycled scraps of it is outrageous.
