This review is for the Tigard campus only of the Portland Clinic.
Overall, I have had great experiences at the Portland Clinic’s Beaverton and Downtown campuses. BUT EVERY TIME I have to go to the Tigard campus, there is either no record of my appointment, or they have the appointment in their system on a day different from what I was told over the phone. This has happened 4 times now, so either there is an issue with their system or the schedulers are not very good at their jobs.
I try to avoid that campus if possible now.
