The staff here are nice but I have never NOT heard the terrible(and regrettably memorizable) «Soul on Fire» song when I’ve visited. I can’t take it anymore. Please spare us from your horrible religious radio!!!

Granted I did find an amazing bed spread for a great price, the cashier David S. was honestly one of the rudest, most inconsiderate people I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Yes, my daughter was crying and was in mid melt down. No, he did not need to say to the customers behind me, «what a horrible mother, I’d never do that to my kid. My mom did that to my brother and I and I hated her for it. That’s why I don’t have kids.» You chose to work in customer service. Sometimes kids cry. Suck it up. Because of this, I probably will NEVER go into this store again. EVER.

I don’t want to give ALL Salvation Army Thrift Stores a negative reviews, because I’ve not visited them ALL. I actually volunteer for Salvation Army, and they do GOODDEEDS. But I’ve been to several, and this one and the other two I’ve been in.. .. always makes me want to walk right back out. The stores are not organized, and there are products there that looked like they’ve been rejected by Goodwill or they came from Goodwill. Sorry, I’m being honest!

I found some killer vintage Oregon sweatshirts here– 2 of em– and a couple t-shirts. Everytime I come by I seem to get lucky… it’s worth your time if you’re not looking for something specific. Come open minded without expectations and you won’t hate it.

Looking for a good thrift store? So am I. This is not it. Junk and more junk. You would have more luck dumpster diving. The place has an odd, mildew smell to it, mixed with a light scent of cigs.
