Josh is so helpful and great at what he does. I had a broken down Vaio laptop that he looked at for me, and I was so grateful for the honest and direct way he informed me that the price tag of the new motherboard I would need, would cost me more than it would be worth to fix. He said my money was better invested in a new laptop, which is exactly what I did. I appreciate that he gave me this advice when it wasn’t the one which would make him money and with his kind and generous guidance I was able to buy a top of the line, new HP that I love and has been great. No more Viao nonsense! On the downside, I sent one of my friends to him and he found Josh very curt and unhelpful, so I’m really disappointed by that :(I know for myself though, that I will absolutely go back to Conscious Computers (Josh) if I ever need a computer pro again. Thanks Josh! (Just please don’t tell my friends when I send them to you, to check out your rates online… If their laptop is broken this may be a bit tricky for them to do so… ;)
