I shop at this Particular location because it is relatively close and they carry the brand of shoes that I prefer. I have also purchased other items besides shoes but in the instance that I want to refer to pertains to a pair of shoes that I purchased. I bought a pair of Stacy Adams dress shoes that I use for work. I work retail and I am on my feet most of my work shifts. now granted I did buy the shoes a few moths ago, but just a few days ago I noticed that the Heel had broken and was not repairable. The next day I went this location to purchase another pair of shoes for my shift later that day. When I was paying for the new shoes I told the clerk what had happened to my other pair of shoe and he suggested I bring them in today (Tuesday Jan, 26 2016). I went to the store and brought the broken shoes with me and told him what the clerk had told me. His first response when he looked at the shoe that they were not his brand. after determining that they were indeed his brand, he said he couldn’t help due to wear and tear of the shoe, the shoe would have still been fine if not for the broken heel which makes the shoe defective. He did offer me a pair of socks. I felt insulted, and with that,
I will no longer patronize his or any of the other Top to Bottom stores.
They’ll take your money, but won’t take care of the customer!

Great place to get cheap work duds — Dickies only $ 25 for my hubby! Nice people, good selection, and good to have something inexpensive close to home.
— Only complaint is the aisles are super narrow as they cram a lot of clothes in there — management should look at this for ADA compliance as wheelchairs definitely can’t get through most spots in the store.

Clothes are fake, especially the shoes. All made in Mexico inserting fake Adidas and Nike logos. All their crap falls apart after one wear.

This is one of the best places in Portland to visit. The plus sizes run very small but the prices are GREAT!
I was able to buy a jacket, a top, leggings and a pair of earrings for only $ 43!
