Trevor has an amazing ability to distinguish the line between what you want to achieve and what you physically can achieve. He will then gently push you to the next level to find results and feel wonderful about yourself. Through physical awareness and achievement, Trevor is bound to reintroduce you to a full spectrum life of mind & body. One on one training is by far the best, but I would recommend that you seek out Trevor’s knowledge and encouragement any way you can – whether it is individually or in a group setting. You will not be disappointed! Do yourself a favor, do it now.

There’s no replacement for one on one attention in the gym. I found group classes affordable, but the lack of one-​on-​one time left me with a serious injury and disappointing results.
After just a couple months of personal training with Trevor my shoulder injury is on the road to recovery. I’ve gained lean muscle mass and melted fat. I even dropped a couple of belt notches. I’ve also noticed better posture, more energy, and a stronger sense of confidence. I feel amazing.
But the results weren’t easy. It took hard work and dedication to get here, but Trevor made it fun and enjoyable. Every day is different, and the workouts are creative and unexpected. I love that. It was hard as hell to motivate myself to come to the gym the first few sessions. I was downright scared. About four or five session in, a switch flipped and I realized I was having a blast. Now, I look forward to my training sessions. There’ no way I could have accomplished as much as I have without Trevor. I look forward to doing even more.
