I will never use this pawn shop again I thought they were open till 8 because that’s what I was informed and I drove all the way out here which is like 36 miles to get my watch out of there just lock the doors there’s three employees still in there they haven’t even started counting the money and they wouldn’t let me get my watch back after I drove that far they are not for the customers but what do I expect being on 82^nd and they gave me nothing on Pawn for my watch cuz they knew I needed it

never going back… not only are the prices close or over new in store in some cases. but my problem was i got a loan on a firearm, went to get it back a month later (2 months befor it was due) and suddenly they were unable to release it to me due to them losing their fire arm dealers license…(WTF!). and after a day the regional manager called and apologized up and down and said they would have it fixed ASAP and call me when its ready., ok no big deal. after a couple week i call them to see if they got it fixed. due to not getting a call, and still dont have it and manager calls again and says there still working on it and he will give me a kick back and not charge me any more interest.(ok irritated but ok at least there not charging me to keep my gun from me) so a month later still no call so i call them again still dont have it fixed and again will call once they get it and was quite rude, so i wait another month, then another, and so on. FIVE months later i call them AGAIN, and they say there about to get it and will be ready in a week and gave me a date to come pick it up, the date they gave me i called them again… they had it and were ready, i go in and the person gives me the normal paperwork was a bit grouchy. and tried to charge me interest and a late fee until i mentioned what the manager told me and his response was «oh your one of the people he talked too» seamed to «try» to be friendlier and removed the late fee and most of the interest. at this point i was to pissed off and annoyed to fight it any more…
so after close to six months later i got my gun back and i will never go back to that place again. would give negative stars if i could …

One star and that’s being generous. Bought a exterior washing machine that doesn’t work! The receipt says no cash refunds understood but any store that doesn’t check their products before selling them is just taking your money blind. I asked about store credit and of course there is no way thats going to happen. Learned my lesson about this store and its chains. I’m warning you test anything you can before purchasing!

Terrible service. Place looks clean and inviting from the outside, but theclerks are incredibly rude.
Mind you, there was NO ONE ELSE in the store. The clerks were socializing at the front counter. I was looking for a specific jewelry item, and had a question about something in the case. I attempted to appraoch the clerks at the front. Before i could even get a word out one jumped in and said «ill be over in a minute», then continued his conversation. I went and stood at the jewelry case for 15 minutes, i looked at the clerks, i know they saw me and knew i was still waiting, but they continued to ignore me.
I finally gave up and went to exit the store. As i got to the front door one of the clerks tries to stop me saying «what can i help you with?», i told him too late, im gone.
Wont ever go back. Dont give your money to such a sh*tty company, with sh*tty employees. Not to mention, all the jewelry pieces were WAY over priced, atleast the ones i could see the price for were.

Good prices and been treated quite well by employees. Well worth stopping by! They refunded my purchase quickly as well with no hassles. Low prices on music equipment

Initially, you’ll think it’s a galvanizing breeze, blown off of and saturated in the salt and glare ever present on the heady crests incumbently rolling onto the heirloom shores of some proud coastal town…
Then you’ll come to, blushing, only to realize you, like so many needy Pawn Shop Patrons before, simply got lost in the flowing, golden locks of the Gentleman helping you. But, despite your distraction, help he will! As though there were a forest of chivalry just as thick as the locks crowning the mind it’s resident in, this brave soul and his comrades will see no rest until an unquestionable success has been achieved, whatever the reasons you first pushed open those glass doors and stumbled into that whitewash of fluorescent lighting and glittery miscellany.
And, damn it, they’ll have fun doing it! As far as I can tell, satisfaction with your experience here is one of the closest things you’ll ever get as a guarantee in this crazy, confusing world of ours. Unless, I guess, you’re the young, greasy, soft-​skinned emo kid pawning the synthesizer, previously intended for use in becoming the next big electro-​synth panty-​dropper in Portland, who is standing next to you and who keeps complaining the process simply isn’t fast enough. What an unfortunate generation he belongs to, lost to the decadence of instant-​gratification and mind-​numbingly tight pants. Don’t let him deter your confidence in how pleasant an experience you’ll find here. The only… the ONLY reason why they’ve not been awarded a full allotment of stars is because, though while I didn’t experience it directly, I overheard that one of the employees had terrible, terrible breath.
And that is just faux pas.

If you’re selling your gold this is the place. I check out several places before I sold my gold and they always give me the most for my gold. Only down side they don’t pay as good for diamonds.

Negative star!!! I have never pawned before. They lost my 5^th generation diamond ring!!!
Don’t go here even if you need food money!

What a joke. This place wanted to give me $ 50 for an unused $ 300 item. On top of that, they sell beat up merchandise for the full retail price you could buy NEW @ any other store & get a warranty, etc. Go to Hawker’s locker, they are more knowledgeable & not pricks.
