Not open at agreed upon reservation times, throwing off plans for the day.
When I arrived, had somebody guarding the door yelling at people for parking in the wrong space and not apologizing for not being open despite confirmed pickup times that you planned your entire day around.

Only pro was that they had the U-​Haul truck I wanted that day. However, when I got the bill they had overcharged me by 50%! I called and they never returned my call. I submitted email inquires directly to U-​Haul and got no response. I finally filed a claim with my credit card company and they took care of it. On top of it, I had to wait almost 30 minutes just to return the truck. Will never go back. Oh and they try to tell you your insurance won’t cover it so they can sell you the insurance, but I always call my agent to check and have never had a policy with any company that didn’t cover me.

Daniel Van Towing is a professional towing service and Uhaul dealer. If you every need a tow he is the company to work with. If you need to move call him 1st.

I needed to rent a uhaul to pick up furniture and Don Nguyen was able to get me a same day reservation, a nice clean truck and provided fast friendly service. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. It helps it is located at a gas station. This makes filling the tank up a lot easier when you are all done. If I need another uhaul in the future I’ll return!
