Extremely dysfunctional pharmacy. The pharmacist lady is negligent, forgetful, and rude as can be to boot. Please don’t go here. They do not deserve your business!

I went in and asked to use the restroom, as I am a social worker and periodically need to stop for a bathroom break. The cashier kindly reported that it was usually reserved for pharmacy guests only. I explained my situation and asked if I bought something if I would be allowed to use the restroom. The cashier said that it would be okay and that she would call somebody to open the restroom for me and to wait in aisle 5. After waiting a few moments, Lydia(a beauty advisor) and not a manager came up to me and said that I would not be allowed to use the restroom, no questions asked. I told her that the cashier had allowed me to use the restroom and she loudly said«I didn’t hear that. She told you you wouldn’t be allowed to use the restroom.» She kindly directed me to use the 7 – 11 down the street. I am very embarrassed at this situation.

Walgreens is full of things you never knew you needed. On a recent trip I saw everything you could possibly need for whatever ails you alongside all items beach-related and knick-knacks galore. I don’t mind waiting for passport photos or a prescription because just wandering the aisles is like a trip through a flea market. And the other customers add… local flavor, if you will? Heck — maybe they’re thinking the same thing about me. Bonus Tip: Walgreens is a surprisingly decent place to pick up interior and exterior decorations for any holiday. Their Halloween items are especially cute.
