Walmart Neighborhood Market

no price advantage any more with walmart, their produces are actually quite expensive. in fact, you are better off going to winco or safeway! walmart services is also the worst! will be doing business somewhere!
Their
reviews are also fake. I recently put a bad review in there, and it never show up in their review section!

They are closing and I could see why. There is rarely more then 5 people in the store. I tried checking out with three items (cold medicine) so the self check out would not have been handy as I would have to have approval. There was one lady in front of me. It took me nearly 20 minutes to check out. First the machine wasn’t reading her card, then it was in Spanish. Then it took 5 minutes for the cashier to joke with her and try to «fix» it. He finally had to call a lead to rectify the problem. This is not the first time, this is a constant as Walmart refuses to open up other lanes. Their selection is adequate but the prices are now

They never have any open check stands. I always have to use self checkout which gives me issues and then I have to wait forever to get help.

I’ve purchased yogurt on multiple occasions now that was over expiration date. It doesn’t seem like a busy store and they appear to not be good at checking their merchandise. Double check everything fresh that you purchase!

Josh was very friendly and helpful but another employee named Roz wasn’t
She was rude on the phone when I called to inquire if they had any small plastic pools since every place I’ve been to is either out of them or they are too big and I didn’t want to make the trip there if the didn’t have any
I got nothing but horrible customer service, attitude at check out, rude remarks when purchasing 2 pools along with an eye roll

This employee along with 1 other employee who’s name I didn’t get weren’t friendly at all and made me want to take my business elsewhere where I won’t feel like I’m being an inconvenience

The selection is OK. The prices are higher than WinCo, but on par with Freddy’s. They are open late, which is convenient, and the very best part is that they are never crowded. I’ve never seen more than 3 people in the store when I shopped.
The parking lot is not user friendly, nor is the location. There is no entrance from the main road, so you have to drive around to the back then through a strop mall parking lot to get to it.
I will continue to shop here for the convenience because it’s the only place open and on my way home.

in my opinion, some of the employees are genuinely friendly, and courteous. Products are ok, that is national brand basics, almost competitive in pricing with Fred Meyer (FM is a far better store overall including products, quality, and customer service is MUCH more customer oriented). There’s a few deals due to probably slow moving merch, not a lot of customers… and I can guess why that might be.
For one thing, this store’s customer service, especially with returns, is practically nonexistent and also contrary to what their website says. I fault human error and not such a great cust svc dept mgr. And a certain cavalier attitude. They are far too quick to deny average and standard customer service, ie RETURNS, which online customer service and policy says they have to perform. (Not even close to anything resembling «the customer is always right» or even ¹⁄₁₀^th the fairness you might expect, especially when the cust svc is wrong about something! they actually argue with you contrary to published online corporate walmart policy). A total headache.
Also, I agree with others on here, this particular store is not situated in a very accessible position, you have to figure out how to find it from the main drag, and usually have to backtrack to get there as it’s easy to miss.
One good thing, if you have Walmart credit, you can shop there with it, and if you do order online you can pickup your item at their store for free shipping. Which is good because the nearest superstore is many many miles away.

Excellent customer service! I love Walmart I am from Arkansas. I am proud of our company! Mr. Sam Walton would be proud!

I popped in to
a. try a new market
b. grab a few things for the pantry. It was just fine. Friendly employees
Lot of different merchandise.
Produce didn’t look that appetizing.
Some good clearance deals — saw some okay wine for cheap.
I couldn’t find a simple office supply section for a padded envelope.
I would stop again, but their access is tough from the main road.

They manage to pack a lot of variety into this smaller space. Never seems to be busy and is good for a quick run in and out. Convenience would draw me here more than price (prices on par with other large chains in the area).

For a Walmart this place is pretty nice. Everything is very new and clean. You can find some good deals here but it doesn’t necessarily beat Winco or Fred Meyer. The beauty product section seemed to have low prices comparatively. The variety and selection overall is a bit limited and they do not have an Organic and health foods section like Fred Meyer.
