This is such a relaxing wells fargo. The staff are all extremely helpful, and there is rarely a line. While I sometimes wish I was with a local credit union, this branch is almost refreshing to visit. The free notary is always a plus as well.
I can’t say much more because it’s really just a bank. I’m happy with the service, ambience, and ideal location

I don’t bank here and I don’t ever plan to. I came in today to cash a check from Wells Fargo. Instantly I was asked where I bank and what I liked about them, etc. The sales pitch was on, which I’m fine with. What is now keeping me from ever being a customer and diminished any consideration is being charged a $ 7.50 for cashing a check because I’m not a customer. They told me they would only waiver the fee if I opened an account. This is ridiculous.

Jason and Mondo are very respectful, knowledgeable and helpful! I came here once, and now it’s my home branch. I go a little out of my way for better service :) I’ve never left with an unanswered question.
Banking hasn’t been one of my priorities, so they have taught me how to make it easier and less time consuming.

This branch seems to never have a line, thats why I go here. All the other branches I usually go to have long lines and annoying tellers, who are continually trying to sell you their worthless products in order to make commissions that dont even justify the effort they put in trying to sell you it.
Happy with this location and dont feel pressure.

Horrible customer service!
I was overcharged on OD fees and had to wait 6 months for them to credit the money back to my account.
When I opened my account, the banker failed to mention the rules/​regs on my account and how to avoid monthly service fees. Even after she admitted her fault and communication error, she still hasn’t taken off the monthly service fees.
I’m a working college student, I can’t afford carelessness with money. Nor do I appreciate it.
I’m moving banks.

I love Wells Fargo to begin with: I have 5 accounts and a 13+ year history with them. This branch (who knew it was there? not I! so glad I found it) is a gem: big, but I’ve never seen it busy. I loved being helped by Debra, who couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful, even when I asked her a few technical questions about my account.

As good as it gets for customer service at a Bank.
DeLynn Magura is most likely the pride and joy of the 19th street and Raleigh Wells Fargo branch. She ran us through many different kinds of checking and savings accounts, and did it all expertly and efficiently. My life is better for having visited her and her branch today. That’s fantastic. Great experience, especially banking-​wise. Thanks Mrs. Magura.
