Excess of $ 10k in damage and little or no recourse with this company. Avoid them. They had extremely inexperienced packers, which were paid. Delivery came late and almost every single item had moderate to heavy damage. No notification of the delivery date and they had me waiting and calling the truck driver myself. They destroyed my nicest stuff. You’ll have little recourse but to sue.
They will completely subcontract your shipment. Not responsive to phone calls or emails, they try to point the finger toward others, but the others said it was one of the worst packing jobs they’ve ever seen.

everything was delivered on time and in the same condition we packed it in. our move from out of Portland was easy. Nice guys too
