I called left a message to call me back… and I get text instead. After several back and forth text… I did not get all my questions answered. So I asked for Bob to call me AGAIN. And no response! I think texting your clients lacks a professional touch. I felt he has no time nor interest in new business.

I don’t usually give many reviews but I felt this business really deserves it so here I am. I just had my 2016 BMW X3 tinted by Bob. I immediately felt comfortable with him. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The tint on my car looks great… I’m happy! I would definitely recommend him for window tinting.

Called a couple other shops in town, left messages and never received a call back. Bob the Window Tint King got back to me right away, was courteous and professional, got me in the very next day. He was very nice and did a stellar job. He uses Suntek Carbon film which received great reviews online and with Bob’s application I’m sure it will last.

I am extremely pleased so far. I have not had time to really enjoy the tint itself, but the overall process and communication was stellar. I have already referred multiple people to Window Tint King. Dropped my car off at 12pm, picked it up 5 hours later, it’s local, it’s easy, and Bob is fantastic. Bob stands by what he does. My Scion tC was tinted by him, as well as my S4, then now my mazdaspeed 6. I also have recommended anyone who wanted to get their tint done to Bob because he knows what he is doing and he honors his warranty. He is somebody I would trust my car with any day and as you can tell, all three of my cars as well as my parent’s car was tinted by him, and there is a reason why I keep coming back, is because he knows what he’s doing.
I am very picky as to who touches my car, but after so many cars, I can confidently say Bob is the man for any of my future tint jobs

After doing some research I took my 2008 Subaru Impreza there and got all the windows tinted as it seemed everyone liked the work Bob does and it came with a lifetime warranty plus a 100% satisfaction guarantee. After about 3 months the tint started to get scratches where the window meets the top of the door seal on all four roll up windows. I took my car back in and Bob said had never seen that before, there was nothing he could do and he would not honor his 100% satisfaction guarantee statement that he removed from his website after he installed the tint on my car. If you buy something with a 100% satisfaction guarantee the company should still stand by it if it was in place when you purchased the service. Beware! The lifetime warranty does not cover scratches and he does not offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee anymore as he did when he installed the tint on my car. I guess it wouldn’t help anyways, he still didn’t honor the guarantee.

I Just had to share this with everyone in the Portland area. I don’t know how he can do it but he is.
