I am always excited when studios offer cheep yoga, but this place is not worth the trouble. I bought a Groupon for 5 yoga classes. The location is very strange, right next to a rowdy dive bar, the yoga room is often very loud. The instructors are just as likely to show up as not. In 5 classes, I had one class canceled, for which I received an email about 15 minutes before the start of the class. Tonight I went to go to class, and the studio was dark and locked. I stood outside for a bit with several other customers before we all gave up and left. The classes I did take were alright, none of them very vigorous, I barely broke a sweat even in the ‘sweaty’ level classes, and I am by no means a yoga expert. Finally, I signed up for a class online and missed it, so the next time I went in I asked if they could redeem me the class. The instructor told me she wanted to, but the computer system was too difficult. What?!? Fortunately the owner over-​heard our conversation and was able to redeem me my class. Based on this latest fiasco however, I do not think I will be using it.
To sum up, this place is a disorganized mess and the quality of the classes are not worth the incredible effort you have to put in to get them.

Woodstock wellness has a great variety of classes and wholistic healing options. A nice one stop shop for yoga, herbs, and acupuncture! They also have great rates for various courses.

Angela’s massages are the stuff of dreams. I’ve been to too many day spas where once you get on the table you feel as if you’re an slab of inert meat set to a pre-​programed massage routine. Might as well be a machine. Angela’s massages are always responsive to whatever’s going on in my body. The ashiatsu was perfectly deep, and she actually got my jaw to stop clicking for awhile.

I have been seeing Angela Tisci for over 6 months, I saw her most recently, during the holiday season. With each session, my body continues to heal it self properly as well as being properly cared for and aligned.
I am becoming more acceptable to each session, having the deep tissue massage and acupuncture. Angela is a great ambassador of ones health and is very informative, sincere, and committed to assisting me on my path of good health.
She helps you want to take care of yourself, and encourages your own path towards good health. I need to continue to have her part of my life and continue to discipline myself in this matter.

This place is magic, from the moment you walk in, it feels so peaceful and relaxing. I’m always greeted with a kind smile. Sometimes its hard to feel comfortable. Not here. Angela is AMAZING, the first time I went there was for pain (cyst on my ovarie) I got acupuncture and havent had ANY pain or problems since!
The next time was for an infection in my throat, she put together some chinese herbs, totally worked.
Yesterday I went in with major back pain and headaches, got a fusion (massage and acupuncture). And today I feel amazing and energized! I felt it necessary to post this, a lot of people write bad reviews about businesses but not the positive. I definitely had a wonderful experience and plan on going back for all of my aches and pains in the future :)

I found Angels Tisci LAc. by recommendation from a good friend. I was having some shoulder, neck, and back pain and my friend had success with his pain seeing Angela and not much else was working on a long term basis so I decided to overcome my fear of needles and try it. I am ever so GLAD I DID! She has helped me tremendously through treating me with acupuncture, massage, exercises, and supplements. My pain was reduced significantly after one treatment and gone after a few. Through seeing Angela and receiving acupuncture I have learned how to better avoid re-​injury and how to pay better attention to my body and what it needs to feel better. Since working with her I have seen her for other issues as well that I never knew chinese medicine was good for — allergies, colds & flu, reproductive issues, headaches, and stomach problems — I haven’t had all these at once but have been greatly helped by working with Angela to better my own health and hope you will find the same with her working on yours. Thanks Angela!

After my previous experience, the owner Angela contacted me to thank me for my feedback. She apologized for my experience and offered to redeem my voucher for me at my convenience. The offer was appreciated, but I feel like the horse has left the barn on that, and next time I won’t let it get so close to the deadline. I don’t want to feel like I’m getting special treatment or taking advantage of a small local business in some way.
But I was impressed that Angela handled this so professionally and thoughtfully, and it really says good things about the business and the way they work. I think that my experience was probably just a one-​off during an extremely hectic time for them. I’m looking forward to giving them a try at some point in the future.

This place is very disorganized and unprofessional. They cancelled my massage appt 45 min prior to my time and rescheduled me for the following Saturday. When I arrived Saturday they looked at me very confused and did NOT have me scheduled on their books. They offered zero resolution to THEIR problem. Big waste of my time!

I’ve been going to WWC for over 2 years now… to get deep tissue massages from Jessica! I truly have never had someone get in touch with my body so precisely. Her fingers and elbows, etc. are like healing magnets to my aching knotted up muscles.
The rest of the staff are incredibly helpful and cheerful as well. I encourage all who are able to check out Woodstock Wellness Center for your alternative health and fitness needs!

I love this place! I came here after having really bad back pain for several months. After just a couple weeks Tara’s acupuncture and Chad’s massage therapy has helped me feel a thousand times better. I highly recommend them!

This place is really disorganized.
My acupuncturist left needles in my ears and sent me home without telling me. When I called the clinic they said «don’t worry, they are not needles, just pull them out». It was painful to pull them out, and when I did I discovered they were needles, bruising and swelling in sued in my ear. Also, I was seen 45 minutes after my appointment time.

Wow, what a deal, for yoga and for massage.
A breath of fresh air. I highly recommend checking out both.

I had the best massage of my life here a couple of days ago.
Heather is just amazing. I explained my back pain and tension in my shoulder and she went to work. She payed special attention to my back and shoulders and worked out a lot of tension.
They also offer acupuncture (I’ll take advantage of that soon) and yoga classes.
They accept health insurance too!
