I get drinks here with friends /​colleagues on a fairly regular basis. We tend to sit in the bar area, so the bartenders know us at this point, but they were friendly and attentive long before then, as well. The food and drinks are consistent in quality and the period of time taken to prepare them. They’re also great about turning on a certain game you’re wanting to watch. Love this restaurant and the laid back, but professional, atmosphere.

It shocks me how this place manages to stay open, let alone be packed. I have said it once as I’m sure most of the other patrons have as well, «I will never spend another dime there again.» I have stuck to my word and had a customer request lunch from there today and I refused! The lack of accountability to get an order right or 10 – 15 mins late might have been acceptable! But why you are there to pickup a $ 141 order to be ready at 11:15 and you finally leave at 1:04. That’s uncalled for and this was not the first time. I can recall off the top of my head at least 6 other times in the past 3 – 4 years that the order was horribly late and missing half the food once I got there!

I’d give zero stars if I could. Screwed up my order and not even an apology. They really don’t care about service at all. The guys tag said general manager and all he did was grunt. Horrible experience and I can’t wait to leave. Stay away if you don’t want to be treated be treated badly. Also their free WiFi is turned off. I guess that’s life in a small town… there is no where else to go so who cares?

It’s B-​Dubs, plain and simple. This location did provide better service. And for some strange reason, the Mango-​Habanero sauce seemed to have more of a kick then the other locations where I’ve this sauce. Anyway, if I am back here on business, I’ll stop in again.

hot wings and make them wet & this is what I get. Bring a roosters to portsmouth everything else is over priced and you don’t get what you asked for. Servers are amazing besides 1
