Very very poor customer service. The person who took my order wrote my credit card numbers on my receipt with the expiration date and give my order to the delivery man. The delivery came to my house but rang my neighbor doorbell. All this time my credit information was on this bag for the world to see. I call the store and the lady over the phone didn’t give me a chance to speak or to explain myself. It was a lot auguring and the background and a man get on the and told me not to call anymore. They make it same like I was the problem when they was the one who exposed my credit card information. How can you run a restaurant and can not speak English? REALLY or do want me to believe you don’t speak English.

So… long time Unilocaler, first time reviewer. I knew it would take either an exceptionally amazing or terrible experience to spur my first review. Unfortunately it was the latter.
My family and I are in town for the week to celebrate my parents’ anniversary and an early Thanksgiving. We all got in yesterday and last night was a take out and sweatpants kind of night. I called this place because they are the closest Chinese delivery joint to our vacation rental. I was immediately taken aback by the coarseness of the woman who answered the phone. She put me on hold three times as I tried to place my order. Each time she returned her attitude was worse. After more than 15 minutes on the phone (I’m not exaggerating) my order was confirmed and she asked for the address. I gave her the address. She asked for the zip code, very curtly stated they don’t deliver to this location and hung up on me. Our rental is less than one half mile from the restaurant. Granted I have an out of state phone number, but that is no excuse.
In closing, I can’t review the food because we never got it. She could have given me the option of picking it up or actually listened to the zip code. The Chinese place down the road got my $ 75.

One of the shadier Chinese food locations I’ve eaten at. The Singapore Mei Fun was a bit spicier than what I’m used to. The wonton soup was well done. The cashier was a bit rude and dismissive, and a bit on the inattentive side. You get what you pay for but there are better places to get this exact same menu.

It’s fast and good. Only complaint is the dumplings are pretty poor compared to nearby restaurants.

Extraordinarily poor service with food that is ashamed to be referred to as Chinese food.

Moved here from the northeast, which is mind you, much better chinese than anything you can find here, and so far, these guys are the best, my go-​to for chinese until I find something better

This place has fresh everything. We’ve ordered lots of different dishes @ have been very happy every time. Reasonable prices & good amount for the price. I’m so happy to find good restaurants in Portsmouth. I’ve tried a few other Chinese places & they sucked. China Moon is the ticket!
