The lobster is fresh, a bit heavy on the lettuce. The bread is on a standard Hoagie or sub roll depending on what part of the East Coast you live. Lobster tossed in Mayo but not heavily. Ccould use some seasoning but not bad. Good place to check out if you can’t get to Maine.

Drove all the way across town for a #9 and they didn’t even put cheese on it. 8 employees working behind the counter and they couldn’t even get a simple sandwich right.

I only gave one star because I couldn’t give zero I ordered food to be delivered while I was working with a friend and we both got the complete wrong orders we ask to not to have things and it came with random ingredients that we didn’t even know were options to get on salads… This was absolutely ridiculous. I was working a 12 hour shift so I was not able to go back and return the food. We are both extremely disappointed with this place!

I ordered the classic hot veggie pocket, it was supposed to be a large but was very small. The size of a half of a large Syrian pocket. There was so much cheese pouring out of the sandwich that it was so stuck to the wrapping I had to break it apart to be able to pick it up. After that no matter how much I tried to take out of it the sandwich just fell apart, in my hands. The few bites i was able to take were so soaked in mayo and mustard that my entire hands and fingers(not exaggerating) were covered on both sides. So that didn’t work, I ended up having to cut it up with a knife and fork to eat it. Now that it’s all done I feel like I barely ate at all, and I had a small bag of chips with it as well. Total waste of money. If i wanted to use a fork and knife to cut my sandwich i would have made my own. It costs me almost $ 13 with tip, total rip off. I will say that it was warm and did arrive on time, and the delivery person was pleasant, but i won’t be ordering from them again.

Overall pretty good. I got the pastrami sandwich which would have been good if it didn’t have so much fat in it. My husband had the chicken number 9 and it was delicious! Everything was clean when we were there and they were super busy. we didn’t have to wait too long for our food, but the cashier guy was a little rude and short with us. I will go back but get something different next time.

Girl taking order was nice. The rest was bad. Food took a while to come out and it was horrible.

Food is good: tables are very dirty. It’s bad when you have to ask at the order counter for someone to wipe off a table! Entire place looks like it should have a total cleaning; maybe a makeover. Shame, cause the food is tasty!

The previous reviews are out dated. I stoppped here for a quick sub for dinner after a long car ride to stay in a hotel. Service was friendly and my sub a large steak and cheese was cooked fast and tasted perfect. Def meets a D’angle brand experience as most do.

Worst service I have ever had at dangelos. Travis at the register was snappy and impatient. He didn’t listen and made me feel very angry! He talked down to me and the others in line. Then they made me the wrong sandwich. When I gave it back to ask for the correct sandwich they tried to dig in and take out the things I didn’t want in my sandwich instead of making me a new one. I had to demand a new sandwich. The girl Ashleigh making the sandwiches was disgruntled and angry she had to do so. Horrible staff and horrible attitude!!!

This review is strictly for the Lobster sandwich. 1.) Too much mayo 2.) Lobster pieces are very«Scrappy» 3.) Not enough lobster meat(the remaining bites are simply bread) 4.) Price doesn’t match what you get 5.) Bread sucks For a much better Lobster sandwich, go to Ninetynines. Much bigger pieces, more meat, and less mayo for the same price.

I have never been to a D’angelo before, and after this experience I probably never will. The sandwich took what I assume is a normal 5 minutes to make, but it would stand to reason that if the workers had spent less time talking and goofing off they could have made it faster. The sandwich was horribly bland for the amount I paid for it. There was an appropriate amount of meat on it, but honestly, it seemed like that’s all the sandwich makers were concerned about — putting on lots of meat. There was little in the way of flavor for the meat, but man did it have some strength to it. It was the chewiest shoe-leather I’d ever had. All-in-all, I’m never going to return to this place ever again. It was bland and boring on the outside, as well as the inside. The sandwiches matched the décor.
