Dunkin’ Donuts

This location has messed up my order 4 of my last 5 visits. Twice they’ve forgotten to add Carmel to my Carmel Macchiato. Once they forgot my order all together, and once they mixed my order up with someone else. The one time they got my order correct I was asked a second time what my order was (he almost forgot to add the Carmel).
They don’t have a good method for giving people their orders, sometimes it comes by the register and sometimes it comes by the «pick-​up here» sign. Either location, when it comes they don’t say a name or the drink type so it’s a guess as to who it belongs to.
My standard order; medium Carmel Macchiato, hot, whole milk. Why is that so difficult?!

Waited 15 minutes after 5 for them to open.
Came here every day for a year, order was right maybe 50% of the time. Aroma Joes it is from now on. A little more expensive, worth every penny.

Terrible. Had to get a manager at the drive-​thru because the clerk rang up my vanilla chai as something else and was a dollar more. Five minutes later I had the dollar refund… and it’s the worst chai ever. The one further down route 1 is generally much better (despite being owned by the same operator).

Most bizarre Dunkin Donuts visit ever. Went in with my wife and asked her to order for us, while I headed to the bathroom. An elderly woman behind the counter yelled out «paying customers only!», so I had to explain my wife was ordering while I went to the bathroom. Then I was told there was a line ahead of me and the bathroom was full… something I could have probably figured out on my own. Never in my life have I gone to a place and been spoken to about using the bathroom. Then my wife was humiliated when trying to place an order for a sandwich with just the egg and cheese, with no bread (she has Celiac disease, can’t eat bread). The staff made faces and embarassed her. Plus it took 4 people to get 2 iced coffees made. Will not be returning to this location.

I come here when I’m home visiting. Close to where I’m at. Sometimes a pain to get in & out of since Lafayette road can be busy. Can’t say I ever find myself waiting for a long period of time to place & get my order. when i go inside, sometimes the drive through can take longer when its busy so I just park my car & run inside. They have their own small parking lot. I always check my bag before I leave & never find my order wrong. Staff is some what friendly/​happy. Always a good selection of donuts & bagels. Usually I go late AM hours or afternoon.

Literally the worst dunks in the area. The only reason why I go is because I live within walking distance. Each time the experience is miserable. The staff is unfriendly, slow, and requires repeating your order minimally 3 times. unless you don’t mind getting the wrong order. Don’t go here unless you have to.
