I own a real estate company and Modular Home Company here in York Maine and we are located in a very high traffic area on Route One. Recently we noticed that our signs of 2 years were failing and some had washed out badly from the sun. I called over to the company and within a few short days 2 reps called to schedule a meeting to preview the signs. When they arrived I quickly showed them the 5 signs of which 2 were in good repair as they did not have the impact from the full sun. As always the representatives were friendly, professional and quick in determining that the signs should not have failed and that the product they used at that time did not age properly as the product was designed to handle the UV rays from the sun yet failed to do so. The reps immediately apologized for the situation, confidently stated they would fix this quickly and there would be no expense to my company. They also said they would include the 2 signs that were barely damaged. I was so pleased as these signs were not inexpensive and Infinite Imaging has ALWAYS provided our company with excellent products in the past. They promised a quick turn around that day and then departed. As promised, not only did they exceed our expectations on turn around, but the quality and professionalism from the installer and the new signs was amazing!
This company has provided over the years the best quality products for our signage as well as for our home show promotional materials and amazing booth displays.

Nope, I’m done. Over the past few years I’ve been using these guys on-​and-​off. For a while, I had a personal contact who generally understood what I wanted and could get it to me with a quick turnaround. I was happy to pay a bit more than I wanted to just have that relationship that made my life easier. After a while, she began to get a bit disinterested and was clearly on her way out of the company, and ever since I don’t think I’ve had one project actually run smoothly. The most recent time will be my last. There is no consistency, it isn’t cheap, they don’t even print using the instructions given, and then they blame the customer for their dumb mistakes. I feel bad writing this because there are still a few nice people there, but the operation isn’t reliable and I don’t want my prior review to misrepresent the quality of their finished product. If anyone knows of a consistent high-​quality printing company, I’m in the market for one.

The company I work for manages construction projects throughout the country, primarily for the Military and other government agencies. Due to this we’re always looking for a local printer to handle construction drawings.
Infinite Imaging has proved to be one of the better ones we’ve used and will be our go-​to for prints around Portsmouth.
They’ve been quick to get what we need done consistently and correctly. The pricing is right in the range we’re used to and the girls at the counter have always been friendly.
