I made a special trip down there after speaking to a worker over the phone for a hard to find item. When I got there I did not find the item she said they had. She tried to sell me on other items that were nothing like what I went there for and another item that she said I could modify it to kind of make it work.
I find their lack of over the phone customer service skills extemely inconvenient and their poor atempt to sell me a lesser item repulsive. I’d rather be told where to get the item I came for. When I asked for that information they played dumb, and I know the woman who had been helping me would have know. Poor service all around.

Biddeford, ME
A store with jewelry, folk art, and Indian /​Eastern, folksy-​looking clothes. I was in here shortly before Christmas looking for random presents. Since then, I’ve looked in the windows of the store many times and they have the same basic thing. I’m sure the individual items change but the store seems to have a consistent style. If you think it might be your style, be sure to drop in.
