Each of the workers that stepped foot into my house was actually super nice. I had water damage to my couch and floor. I requested that they clean the couch on day 2 after the incident and they waited three weeks to clean it. It sat in my kitchen, upside down, untouched for THREE weeks! The day they assured me they would be to my house, they didn’t show and when I called they attempted to push the couch cleaning back an additional week. I stood my ground and they came out the following day. They confidently assured me that it would still come clean and it did not. At all. They still demanded payment and were unwilling to give me any sort of discount. Although the work was done, it was not done in a timely manner and it didn’t even come clean. Clearly they don’t back up their product/​service or care about making their customers happy.
