We’re use to THICK ice cream shakes. These were like liquid ice cream. There were nice chunks of strawberries, but the shake wasn’t thick enough.

Columbus, OH
After seeing 10,000 shake and malt shops on my drive from Columbus down to Ironton, I decided to hit the Shake Shoppe because A) it was right off 23 and B) it looked good.
I decided to try A) A pulled pork sandwhich (surprisingly good, with a really nice peppery slaw), «Dyna-​Bites» (fried cauliflower! Yum! I suppose kids wouldn’t eat them if they knew) and a Cherry Nut shake that turned out to be incredibly delicious, with a great mix of real chopped up cherries and ground up peanuts.
Not the fastest service in the world, even through the drive through, but quite tasty.
