Had service with t mobile for the better part of a year, and nearly every experience in this store has been lackluster. My monthly bill has been much higher than originally quoted, and I find Nathan to be a clown. If you must go with t Mobile, stick to prepaid.

Went here and bought a iPhone 5s. The first was became hot after a few days, was no problem to exchange for another one. Fast friendly service.

Went to the T-Mobile store today to buy a plan and to port my number over from AT&T. Mike handled my questions and got me setup. He was nice and respectful. Though it was a somewhat complicated ordeal, it was more the fault of the company system and process than anything else. He toughed through it and helped me get what I needed. Wish it could have been faster but was pleased with the service and professionalism(noticed the other gentleman working there acting respectfully through a particularly difficult client) late in the day. T-Mobile should support its retail operations better so that associates aren’t stuck with a nonfunctioning input system. I was happy to be able to get situated with a new device that I bought separately along with their non contract plan. Would recommend to anyone else in the area.
