T-Mobile

At 4pm… no wait in line. This is such a convenient location for me. I so just dropped in not knowing I would stay for about 90 mins. I only came to this area to pick up some essentials from another store. But T-​Mobile was located right next to the store… I couldn’t resist when I saw only 2 customers in the store and about 4 employees just standing around.
I went in just to inquire about upgrading…
I walked in and was immediately greeted by one employee while another walked towards me ready to assist.
My intention was only to inquire about the phone, but the sale pitch was so great, he made me think if I walked out the store today the deal wouldn’t be on the table tomorrow or the next week even.
I mean… trade in my phone to see how much it was worth and the value could be used to the purchase of a new phone! Hmmmmmm long story short My Galaxy S3 was worth enough for me to walk out the store with a brand new Galaxy S5, screen protectors, phone case, added phone features… for no money down!!! And I had a credit of $ 28+. Oh yeah Oh yeah!
Daniel was super patient and helpful. I know I asked at least 25 questions and he answered most. Those he were unsure about another employee was nearby to help.
I would definitely recommend this location. The staff all seemed very friendly and upbeat. They even knew some customers by name and face when they walked in. This is cute… some customers had me weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeak! They remembered one lady… she came in about 2 years ago in her wedding dress with her now ex husband. hehehehehehe classsssic!!!
