Good variety of soups to choose from. The seafood stew was excellent, with lots of fish. Cornbread was good. A little hard to find, so be persistent.

Offering a list of ~10 different soups every day. They have always had a vegetarian and gluten free option when I’ve been there. They also have gluten free bread for the soup. Really busy at lunch time so show up early.

Delicious! I love that they always offer at least one vegan soup a day. My favorites are the Tuskegee Peanut and Moroccan Potato and Lemon. The prices are very reasonable and the location is super convenient! Definitely check it out if you are in the area during lunch time!

Just ok. Nothing to brag about. The food was nothing special and if I did not have a coupon I would not go again.

Strangest thing: I went to this place so many times but forgot to write a review. Duh… Anyway, this is nice lunch venue in the Food Court on Pease. They have 8 – 10 soups everyday, changing daily. But you can count on chowder and chicken noodle(in some variety) to be always ready for you. You choose the soup(you may have a trial), size(12/16oz) and type of bread(ot of 6 – 7 kinds). You can have your membership discount card to be marked(goes toward free soup — I already used up 3 or 4, which means 30 – 40 soups eaten altogether). The selection of soups is exciting, and many of them I’ve never seen(or ate) before. They do hot and cold soups, soups from all around the world(I hope to eat Borsch one day ;) and they also have salads/drinks/cookies. They will answer any question of how/why/when that soup was cooked, or any other question(yes, I mean«friendliness»). Oh, yeah: they cater to businesses, and our company had it for lunch couple of times. Yammy!

Amazing soups! Always a great selection, bread to pair with the soups and the folks who work there are really nice. You can try a free sample before making a purchase too!

I could write a long review about What A Crock but lets be honest nobody really wants to read a long review so I’ll start the review by stating what people really want to see… This place is awesome, period! Their motto is «We have a passion for great soup that not only feeds the body but nurtures the soul. We are committed to using locally sourced ingredients to produce our made-from-scratch soups.» I’ve been here about two dozen times and have never had the same soup twice and have never been disappointed, even in the dog days of summer their soups have been a welcome break during the day. If you’ve ever seen the«Soup Nazi» episode of Seinfeld and wondered what kind of soup would cause people to line up around a corner waiting then this is the place you should try… two great things: the soup guy(and his wife) are very nice and(shockingly) there is no line around the corner, but if there were it would be worth the wait! They have a nice selection of eight different soups that rotate daily(sign up for their email list or friend them on facebook) and they serve it with a choice of bread. Not in the mood for soup or hoping to get a soup and salad combo? Then you are in luck, fresh salad is available too. Bottom line, if you find yourself in the vicinity of Pease Tradeport around lunchtime instead of going to get a sandwich or other fast food offering swing by the International Marketplace food court and try the best soup on the Seacoast, you won’t be disappointed.
