The company failed repeatedly to service my pool effectively. They complained that the pool pump was«too loud» but they would sell me a new one(it has always been as loud as it was then). They asked to have the water raised when in fact it was above the skimmer and had to be lowered. They failed to understand the working of the filter, suggesting that a new leveling device would help and they would sell me one. They aren’t too much on servicing, but appear to be very proactive in the sales department. And the most disturbing of all was that although I discontinued service June 14, on June 19 they billed($ 945) to include for future services. To date they had provided only $ 565 worth of work. When I protested to the credit company that I was being billed for services not rendered, Allegro responded to the credit card company with 36 pages of nonsense unrelated to my issues but designed no doubt make the credit company cave under the weight of the reading. I have owned this pool for 25 years, have used other pool services(they retired) and would steer people away from this company!
