After a harrowing night on the phone with agents from Apple and Aol in their tech departments trying to fix a glitch on my iPhone and iPad It was after midnight until I got so frustrated talking to them for hours and they had made the problem worse, I decided to try the tiny Wireless outlet in Potomac. A totally different experience. When I walked into the store shortly before it was supposed to close I was greeted by Luis and he and I were the only people in the store and it was QUIET!!! I, also, as others have said, hate going to the Verizon store on Rockville Pike with the lines and noise. Luis fixed the problem on my IPhone in 5minutes or less. He wasn’t rushing me and in fact once I had finished, another woman walked in and I could see he was helping her after closing time. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this store!!!

Absolutely Luis and his team are the best around!!! They have helped me and my daughter with our phone situations repeatedly, always with fabulous service notwithstanding my frustration with the latest technology and my teenager! They know their stuff, they’re dependable, they have worked with tough Verizon folks to make things happen, and they don’t stop until the customer is happy. Bosses, please acknowledge these great employees, as they are what keeps us coming back. Thank you!

I’m almost hesitant to write this review and give them such a good review because I feel like it will ruin the point of me going there. I love coming here because it is not very well known that there is a Verizon store here. As a result, whenever I come here I am often one of the only people in the store, meaning that you get great attention and service from the employees. I have always experienced remarkable service and help when shopping here, or even coming for phone support. I don’t want to review it as I fear it will draw more people to the store, but I feel I’m obliged to considering the great service I received here.

Upon entering the store, I immediately felt welcomed. The funny thing is my initial purpose for entering the store was to purchase a phone case as I already had Verizon services. After talking to one of the reps there and exploring my options– I ended up transferring my services to T-mobile. I am so happy I did, my bill went from $ 130 a month down to $ 62 for the same service plan

Friendly staff, no lines, here and Woodbridge would be the closest for Nova AT&T customers. Reinstalling original Galaxy S software since my phone keeps on freezing. If this doesn’t work, they’ll replace it but w refurb so lets see if this works.

Like the previous reviewer, I HATE going to the Verizon store on Rockville Pike. I waited over 2 hours to have my info transferred from one phone to the next so we would have phone service while we were overseas. It didn’t work! Went to Wireless Warehouse, John and Adam couldn’t be nicer and more efficient. The Verizon store on the Pike didn’t activate my SIM card and a few other issues. It took John about an hour to correct it and Adam checked my account and suggested a new plan to save me over $ 50/month, based on my usage! Always go here, not the Verizon company store on the Pike!

Sitting here now as Adam is transferring my data from droid incredible to the galaxy nexus! I have been coming in here since November asking questions etc. never pushy with trying to get me to buy etc. excellent service, atomsphere So very excited. They are a true neighborhood store with individual attention! Easy in and out. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes to talk to Adam or the other folks that work here.
