Arby’s

This place is a hit or miss. My review is for drive through only. I love the food here but the Stars have to align. The satellites have to hover into place and just then you may get your order correct. If it’s not the order it’s some one at the drive through window making you feel like your a simpleton. Kinda like u were the one that didn’t pay attention in Arby’s take out school and they received there masters degree in arbysanomics. Even though they may screw up the order, or belittle you at the window those damn curly fires are a little piece of heaven.
Recently there has been an older woman who has been working the window and she was very friendly. I actually had to stop and do a double take, Because usually I’m crying the first second I pull up to the window. She asked me if I need anything else, I actually felt safe giving her my card. She even brought the food to the window and went through the the bag repeating back what I had ordered. And then she goes ok sir. It’s all there. You have a nice day. My faith the the Arby’s chain has been restored for now.
I have never gone inside at the recommendation of friends but I took there word on it judging by the epic wins at the drive through.
When I eat here I’m kinda a pig. I’ll get two bacon Swiss chicken sandwiches with this amazing delicious scrumptious curly fries and just because it’s Arby’s I’ll get a roast beef sandwich. My eyes are bigger then my belly so I usually don’t finish the whole meal. Overall a good place if u can get your order right.

The place is FILTHY! the tables hadn’t been wiped in hours the floor had noticeable spills on it. Thank god I carry my own disinfecting wipes with me and could clean my table off, still couldn’t stomach the food I just kept thinking if this is what their dining room looks like I can only imagine what the cooking area looks like! Won’t go back!

I’m always so optimistic when I get to the drive thru. I think, «they’ll get it right this time»… But they don’t, ever. I just don’t understand how it’s so freaking hard to get the orders right. I don’t order a ton of food, I always ask for Arby’s sauce… I NEVER get it. Every time I have to park in that crappy lot walk in looking dejected and ask for sauce again. If they said sorry I’d get over it. Instead they look at me like I’m the idiot. Well, you’re wrong… idiots. GET IT RIGHT.

Food is normally good. But my order is wrong more times then it is right.

Food is fine. Store is clean. Service is prompt.
My kids prefer arby’s to other fast food. So do I.
