Dr. Cook is excellent professional and goes out of his way for my children. Front end staff friendly and professional, roomed in a timely manner. I would recommend Dr. Cook to anyone who is looking for a pedestrian. Dr. Cook is very friendly to the children and cares a lot about what he does

I feel so uncomfortable in the waiting room
with my child there. The front desk staff is either rude, or just don’t want to deal with you. My child’s appointments have been cancelled too many times because they over booked that physician. Then when I re-​schedule they can’t fit my child in for over 1 – 2 months and then is behind on vaccines. I just feel they are unprofessional. There are only two physicians I liked, one left for a long time and then came back recently and my back up left the practice completely. It’s just been a horrible experience with this practice.
