This an update. I would end up rating them with 2 ½ stars. Sleepy’s agreed to replace the base with the fully functional one that we were showed in the showroom and that we were told we would be receiving in the first place. Their delivery was over an hour late. To their credit, they made the situation right by switching out the base and replacing it with the one we truly believe we were sold in the first place. We will still be reluctant o return to any Sleepy’s for a future purchase as the customer service, when we first called, was illogical and insulting. That being said, kudos for the effort to correct the situation after our complaint.
