I used to love Tornetta’s. But, today will be my last. I ordered a chef salad and fried mozzarella. The very small amount of cheese and meats on the salad was bad enough for a bad review, but the measurements of the meat and cheese were even worse. Most of the pieces were no larger than 18th of an inch wide and length. It was too small for a mouse to eat. Literally looked like it was run through a food processor. I called and told them my concern and was told that«people» like to have small(they were microscopic) pieces in very bite. A fork could not even pick them up. Would have to eaten with a spoon. Funny though, they did not cut their cucumbers, tomatoes or onions that small. Also there was 2⁄3 cup canned or jarred sweet peppers pieces that were very large. They sent a new one out with larger meat pieces but minus the eggs, but still had 2⁄3 cup sweet peppers. If they can’t afford to make the salads like they use to, take it off the menu. For $ 7.75, I want meat that was not meant for someone’s pet hamster. Oh, the fried mozzarella was so soggy, it was dripping something out of it. It was not fried enough and then put straight in take out box, where condensation took place and made them soggy. they looked pretty well fried on top, but the bottoms looked uncooked. I gave them chances after chances when they would not get a hoagie that I ordered correctly, but this was it. No more chances.

Tasty Strombolis! Can’t believe a mini is that huge — enough for two people. And it’s not greasy. Good dough. Good pizza too. All tastes fresh. Sandwiches are tummy and big, fresh, not soggy. Big menu. Good variety. Lots to try!

Very Disappointed after reading the reviews. Ordered a Cheesesteak with Extra cheese. I couldn’t even see cheese on the steak thank goodness I said Extra! Fries Royale — so much for Cheddar and Mozzarella Cheese with Bacon. No it’s really Cheese Wiz and swimming in it with a little mozz and bacon on top. If I wanted cheese wiz don’t you think I would have asked for it! I’m be going back to my Favorite place in Limerick off Kuglar Rd.

Great pizza slices, which I like better than a whole pie. I don’t know why, but they always taste better & I feel are cheaper as the slices are quite large. I’ve had cheese & pepperoni only… prefer the latter, but the sauce & mixed cheeses are so tasty, we don’t feel we’re sacrificing taste if the pizza is plain cheese. Pretty decent craft beer take-out fridge. My only fuss is if I find a great IPA, they never have it when I visit 1-wk later, so if you find something you like, go back right away & get another 6-pk. They said this is the norm. They also have their own brand bottled soda. When wanting a quick slice or 2& an IPA to take home, they’re the best I’ve had in the Pottstown area. And, Thurs-Sat, they have giant slices for about $ 1 more. Believe me, 1 slice is big enough for one person! Great pizza & very nice staff of young women working the counter!

My wife and I moved to Pottstown in November. Coming from the Jersey Shore I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to find a good Italian place to call home. That fear was quickly abated by this place! Awesome food and beer selection! I love the fried ravioli and the chic parm sandy! The bread is freaking ridiculous! If you’re looking for a place that’s affordable with great taste, you’ve come to the right place. My family will be going here for many years to come! Very thankful.

Great takeout craft beer. I love the buffalo chicken pizza. This last time my small pizza looked like it got tilted and some of the toppings slipped off, but they are usually much better than that. Use them for delivery all the time.

Their pizza and fries are ok good, but I decided to try one of their Italian grinders. First of all I literally had 4 pieces of meat on each side and two pieces of cheese and it’s not that great quality of meats. They also need to understand how to properly package a grinder because when I opened it up it was all stuck to the package and I had to pick it off the little bit of cheese piece by piece. This grinder is all bread and a ton of peppers but little of anything else. Especially they charge over $ 8.00 for it. They were so slow that they everyone was standing around on their phones but it took 25 minutes to make 2 hoagies and fries??? It doesn’t take that long. Very disappointed, I will definitely think of going elsewhere in the future.

I eat lunch here at least once a week-when I don’t pack, it’s my go to. I usually get a pick up. It’s always quick and on-time and the waitress in the front is always super friendly and nice. I am obsessed with their chicken Caesar salad-in fact I won’ t eat one anywhere else now, because this place ruined it for me. It’s that good that no place else measures up. I had no idea chicken Caesar salad can be this good! Today I decided to venture out and try something new-ranch chicken sandwich. That’s what prompted me to write this review-no joke this meal is one of the top 10 best in my life! I eat out at fancy restaurants all the time, so this shocks me-because it’s a pizza place. How can they make something sooooo good? It’s seriously THAT good! This place also has a nice selection of craft beers and looks really cozy inside. I never sit down to eat or drink beer since it’s lunch, but I can imagine that it would be an awesome dinner place. Highly Highly recommend this place.

I eat lunch here during the week all the time. It is perhaps the best Italian food restaurant in Pottstown. Great service, friendly staff. They are a little slow, especially if they’re busy, however, its always worth the wait. The specialty sandwiches are amazing. Its a little pricey, but the portions are large and delicious. Nice atmosphere in the tiny building. They also have a good beer selection, lots of local brews…

I’ve never had a bad experience here at Tornetta’s. Everything, and I mean everything, has been fantastic. We’ve tried pizza, stromboli, sandwiches, and everything in between. Their bacon&cheese fries are out of this world. Dining area is a little cramped if you’re eating in, the waitresses are always attentive and attractive. Did I mention attractive?

I loved this place for takeout until my last order when the staff was having a little too much fun on a Sunday night laughing and making banging noises that I had to repeat part of my order going on 3 times because the girl taking the order could not hear me. I asked for the manager, explained and his response was«Oh». Party On Tornettas

We got takeout from here the other night, and it was very, very good and relatively inexpensive(our order total was just over $ 23 for a pizza and 2 subs). We ordered a small plain pizza for our 2 year old son — good, chewy crust, flavorful sauce and plenty of cheese. He seemed to like it — he ate two slices. My husband had an Italian grinder with provolone which he enjoyed greatly except for the raw onions. He’s usually not a fan of raw onions, so he’d probably order it without them the next time. I had a cheesesteak with sweet peppers and fried onions. It was FANTASTIC and a good value. For a little over $ 6, I ordered the whole cheesesteak and had it for 2 meals(it reheated nicely in the microwave the next day). There was plenty of meat on the fresh bun, and a good amount of peppers and onions. I’d definitely order it again. We’ll definitely be back.

This is our go-to pizza joint in Pottstown. The pies are always tasty and well-cooked. Certainly one of the best pizzas in Pottstown. Their cheesesteaks are also large, robust sandwiches that my wife and I enjoy very much. Overall, very happy with Tornettas. Give them a try.

Some of the best pizza I have ever had. I have been around the world and I come back and its the only pizza that I think about. It has to be the best pizza in this town.
