Vera Bradley

I really dislike the crazy patterns. I really do. And if you want to see a huge display of Vera Bradley designs and all the knock offs, just people watch in the airport. They are everywhere, and it is nauseating.
If you are like me, you will not want to walk around with bags and wallets like everyone else. This is the dilemma I have with VB.
It may surprise you that I own several VB pieces after reading the above statement.
The products are well made, very practical and functional, and hold up really well. So although I am not a fan of the patterns, I have to concede the company makes good shit.
Prices here are reasonable, so it is a good place to pick up gifts and update current pieces you may currently own, or pick out a new pattern.

I typically don’t review retail stores, but I had one of the most exceptional customer service experiences here ever. I was in the market for a luggage set for a trip to Ireland. From the looks of the floor, they don’t have a ton of luggage sets to choose from, but the magical «back» of the store was expertly navigated by Katie, and she found me the perfect set. She even told me about the birthday discount and applied it to that order. After all the discounts were said and done, I got a cross body bag, wallet, large suitcase, small suitcase, and a shoe bag for about $ 270. Not bad!
Katie actually sent me a thank you note in the mail a few days later, and wished me a nice trip. Fabulous customer service and even better prices! Highly recommended.
