If I could do zero stars I would. I have all of my home services with them. They are expensive but that is not the problem. When you need service you cannot find a live person to talk to. When you finally are able to make an appointment it is for 3 days. Ok so that isn’t so bad, you get false hope that they will actually show up because you get 5 emails, txt and messages to confirm. But not one to tell you they are late. So you spend forever trying to call someone to find out what is happening only to be told they are running late. No text, email or message and they don’t know when they will be here. It is maddening. This company gets a zero for customer service. I am not sure they have ever heard of it. No mention of refund on the outrageous monthly charges. If you are contemplating them versus anyone else — choose anyone else because this company does not care about the customer

Sigh. It’s hit or miss, really. If you get a great associate, you’ll have a great experience. Unfortunately, it ranges from meh to not bad. Great selection of accessories, though, and the new location is that — much more spacious and well lit.
