Okay, so mine is a 2-​part review. 1^st review: Relatives recently had their car fixed here, after an accident & everything was great. Car looked great after repair, the shop took care of insurance paperwork, even calling for additional work that was covered & collected from the insurance co directly, rather than bothering my relatives with it (a nice touch) & it was done on time, as promised. In fact, it was finished 1-​day early. For them, 5* out of 5.
2^nd review: Mine. Made an early morning appt for an oil change. That’s it. An oil change anywhere is a quick 15-​min & the same price… $ 24-​ish. It took over 1-​hr & 30-​min. Why? I asked 3 times about time… told him if it were more than 30-​min, I’d leave my car, walk home & come back later. He assured me it would be done before ½-​hr & then kept assuring me it was almost done, twice saying he’d check with the mechanic & return, then didn’t.
Since I can’t inspect an oil filter & the car’s running fine, I’m assuming all went well… by, why did I need to wait almost 90-​min for an oil change, when I also scheduled an appt 2-​days in advance? This is ridiculous & wasted my time. For that alone, I’d say 3* out of 5. Next oil change, I’ll go somewhere else. There are plenty of places around the area. If I needed body work, I’d certainly use them, as they did a great job on my relatives’ car.
Another nice thing is the people who work there are very nice. Perhaps this was just some sort of miscommunication… although if I asked 3-​times about time, I can’t imagine what was misunderstood. My advice to the shop is to be more forthcoming in these simple matters. You turned a 15-​min job into a wasted morning for one of your customers.

Mike and his team of automotive gurus will price it, fix it, and get it back to you in better shape than you thought possible. They’re fast and I won’t be taking my car anywhere else.
I drive it from Philly to Pottstown just for them to take care of my Jeepy. :) After my first accident, I had it towed there, and I was just as satisfied as ever!
Ps if you want a good detail, Nick can get your car shining like no other… he’s totally OCD about clean!
