Brothers’ Buffet

I went here for the 1^st time today with my Mama and her boyfriend and all three of us were disappointed.. .
A lot of their dishes were empty and also overcooked. They have a sign that says if you get an excessive amount of food and do not eat it you will have an additional charge. It’s a buffet, I’m there to try new things and if I get a lot of new things and do not like them of course Im not going to finish what I put on my plate. I think that is a ridiculous thing to do.
We only ate one plate each and left. I do not recommend this place, at all.

I have eaten here a few times. Last time was a few nights ago, we arrived by 5pm on a week night. It’s self service except the waitress who brings your beverage and utensils. She did not seem all that happy with her occupation but I suppose people go there for the food not the service.
There was plenty of variety on the buffet. Most of it seemed pretty fresh though you could see a few aged pieces of broccoli here and there. I sampled many items and although everything had a good flavor many dishes seem like they may be hard to distinguish from one another if you were blindfolded. The salmon was the standout for me which is sort of funny (Cajun salmon being the best item in a Chinese restaurant).
All in all it’s not bad for Schuylkill county and I would probably return. My biggest complaint is that everything is so greasy. I ate mainly vegetables yet my tummy felt heavy for almost 24 hours after.

We tried this place because it had good reviews on Unilocal.Very disappointed! We got there an hour before they closed and many of the dishes were empty and they didn’t bother refilling them. It was also very small and there wasn’t much of a selection. It was very overpriced for what we got. Never again.

Best chinese food in town. Large selection and quality food. Great service. Well set prices, especially for what you get. This place has a perfect located in the mall. Parking is certainly available and not too far of a walk.

My favorite all you can eat chinese buffet, salt and pepper shrimp a favorite, chinese donuts are perfect and very reasonably priced.

Yum.
