If I had to eat just one thing for the rest of my life, it might be a Coney Island hot dog.
I always get the classic Coney dog — onions, mustard, and chili. The onions are chopped real fine and give just a hint of sweetness, the chili is always fresh and seasoned perfectly (tastes like no other chili — and that’s a good thing!) and the mustard gives that bit of tartness that you need on a good hot dog. The hot dog itself is cooked to perfection, good and juicy, and the whole thing comes on a fresh roll that soaks in the juice from the chili without falling apart.
Best hot dog place in the world — five stars!
